This place used to be spotless and clean. For the last 4 months I have went in Planet Fitness, every trash was overflowing with garbage, the bathroom was a mess. All Trash bins on the gym floor were overflowing with trash, the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in a at least a week. All except one paper towel machine were out of paper towels. A few of the paper towel dispensers were broken and did not work correctly. The floor was dirty and there was trash and other items on the floor. All of the disinfectant bottles were empty. Overall, this place was in a state of disarray and was a complete mess for the last 4 months.Previous to 4 months ago that this place was spotless and all the equipment was fixed as promptly as possible. It seems that the new manager and the new employees do not care that the Gym is dirty and is a mess. I will post a couple of photos below. I should have taken more, which would have been extremely easy because this place was such a disaster. It is obvious when employees and the manager do not care if the Gym is presentable to their customers and to the public.

I really hope my experience with having to take a cold shower was a one time occurrence because one time I caught staph from another gym and have staph now and I wouldn't want anyone else to catch it but cold water is not up to par with safety practices. Plus, it's downright offensive to expect people to shower in cold water when it's 20 degrees outside. Do better planet fitness.

Nice and cool place to work out but they need to do an better job on cleaning the men's bathroom and shower area. See things in there for a couple days that clearly says bathroom not being cleaned daily.

This place works for me! I'm a truck driver and I drive from Texas, Phoenix to Nevada twice a week. I always come here when I'm traveling through town. Very clean gym, locker rooms and showers are always nice and clean to.

Bad experience with billing and having money stolen from me in round about ways and then was treated very badly when I had a complaint was asked to call a supposed third company that is actually the same company and that company expected me to have a membership number that literally didn't exist as well as having taken over an hour and still not answered the phone after saying I was number two in queThe company itself are a bunch of theives

Good overall gym and atmosphere.It has slowly become more and more dirty and rundown across the entire gym. Bathrooms are pretty bad everytime I come by. Still a decent gym besides the lack of cleanliness.

On Nov. 25th both water fountains were broken, 7 machines needed serviced and at least 5 benches needed reupholstered. Amendment based on a return on 12/4: water Fountains are fixed, but nothing else has been fixed. I have attached pics for reference.
