If you want your workout to feel like you're at a cool dance club, you found it. You can watch great music videos while you workout. Or you could watch a wall of big tv screens while you use the treadmills. Treadmills.....because one is always open whenever I go.Okay, yes, it's intimidating sometimes when you feel overweight and everybody seems so fit with a perfect body. It's alright. Because this gym declares NO JUDGEMENT ZONE!! all over the place. No one would dare violate that rule because that rule makes it feel like my gym.....That's their mantra. I don't feel thin enough and sometimes feel self conscious there, until I see someone a little chunky. Yayyyy!!! Not everybody's perfect that goes there.Sometimes they got a way cool staff member. You can try out the water massage beds and water massage chairs if your body's in pain. Watch out, it may cause you to upgrade your membership from $10 a month to $21, but you can always quit it and re-sign up for the ten dollar one again.Finally a place to go that feels like mine.

First time at this location, the guy who checked us was very nice, smiling, welcoming. And it was mostly empty which is great for me because I could easily finish my work out and get out

We are van delivery drivers and travel all over and so far love planet fitness. This one was super clean as well as had the coolest front desk guy will.

This gym is fantastic!!! So much a person can do and not be judged by others. The staff is incredibly nice. I can't wait to get to feeling better and get back there!!!Unfortunately times and people change. They come and go and the new people that come in aren’t as friendly as the staff that started. I have since dropped out of this fitness club because of that.😦

I went to grab a shower and the water was ice cold even when no one else was taking a shower. I spoke with the front desk person and they gave me a long explanation about how it's on a timer and only gets hot certain times of the day.Nice and clean facility otherwise.

Decent Planet Fitness, but a lot of the showers in the men's locker room needed work - either no soap, or the shower heads were missing, or the handle itself was gone. Only one was actually fully functional, and that was the handicapped one, which felt wrong to use.

Witnessed a Caucasian woman tell, what I assume to be someone black or Mexican,to go back to Africa where they came from in the women's locker room while she was showering...she just yanks the shower curtain back and she got what she deserved after that. I agree with the other review of the vibe stinks.

Rude employees in night shift. guy named peinto in night is super rude and aggresive. He set his own rules as if he is the owner of the gym. bad customer service . i am a black card member and he dint allowed me to use massage chair . horrible. i am paying every month from last more than 1 year and i hardly come here. I came after 8 months to use massaging chair and peinto denied me for that. So disappointing 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Just joined a few weeks ago and love it. For such a low price, I can go to any location and have flip flopped between 3 PFs depending on my schedule. Easy check-in with the app, instructional QR codes on the machines, uncluttered layout. spacious locker room and a large variety of equipment. There's probably more amenities I'm not using or aware of at this time. I've seen people of all shapes, sizes and age able to workout in peace. Staff is friendly and there are sanitation stations all over to ensure cleanliness. PF has been a great place to start my exercise routine and fitness journey.

Pretty clean and as long as you aren't going when it's busy, it's alright. They're severely understaffed because every employee starts at $12/hr, must be 18+ and CPR certified. In Reno $12/hr means you need to be on welfare to survive. Honestly, like the business model, but if I have to wait 5 minutes just so the guy behind the counter can press a button to start a massage chair, there's something wrong. Hey PF corporate, if you grew a few extra brain cells and stopped being so greedy, people would work for you.
