Love my gym. Very friendly staff members, always greet you when you walk in, and when you leave. Never feel judged there or looked at. The staff will always help you with any of the machines and show you how to work them.

Typical Planet fitness as far as equipment. This location is fairly crowded, but so are a lot of gyms. Small locker room for how crowded it can be. 1 star for this one mainly because of the showers. The men's shower are orange with mildew and spots of mold. The curtains for the showers are disgusting. That doesn't grow overnight, it takes weeks, and it's obvious these showers don't get cleaned very often.

The gym is great! However the safety is not! Apparently, people can get guest passes online with an email. Well, a person came in with a fake email and had a cutter and cut off my lock in the locker room. Took my wallet that had my license, insurance cards, credit cards, gift cards and has my address. They spent a lot of money and have my identification. Identity fraud ruins a persons life. Planet Fitness needs to know who is coming in on these guests passes. They need to add security procedures to the guests passes. I called the Corporate office and they are referring me to the Regional Manager but the safety process needs to come from the Corporate Office to all Plantel Fitness owners!

The equipment is good, but the woman's restroom is disgusting! The toilets are nasty, looks like they shave their snatch on the toilets, the trash has open pads...cleaning should be kept up & the woman should be cleaner! The staff is awesome tho!

It’s not a bad gym to work out nice location newer equipment. I would’ve given a Northtowne location Reno a 4 stars but the only problem is the staff works at front. they are very unfriendly, no greeting, hi hello, etc, it’s like that they are not happy to see you they’ll just look at you they’re busy talking to each other and when I called on the phone it sound like they hated to be bother. they would answer and talked with bad attitude. My message to the management, please watch your staff and please make your place a friendly place to workout with, more welcoming and enjoyable.

This is an awesome gym with a variety of equipment for all your fitness needs. I like it because it's open 24 hours a day, and people of all fitness levels are made to feel welcomed and not judged. The membership fee is only $10 a month, so you can't go wrong with that. Plus, the staff are very friendly and helps too.

I'm always greeted at the sparks location but wasn't even responded to when I said hi to the 6 staff behind the desk at this location. They all just stopped talking and stared at me like I was a bother. No one got up and scanned me in or anything. The gym may look nice but it's staff are unwelcoming. This has happened twice. Always at night.

Newly opened. Clean. Well staffed. Basic amenities in women's locker room - curtains for showers and changing rooms, 5 mins for warm water in shower. If you've never been to planet fitness other than this one, you'll be pleased. If you've been to other (fancier) planet fitnesses you'll still be satisfied and thankful for a clean shower!

Awesome place to workout. Staff is very friendly. They say hi to you when you get there and when you leave. Very clean. I will be a member here for a long time.

This gym opened 02/18 and it looks great. The layout is excellent, truly getting the most out of the space without crowding it up. I’ve been an employee for PF in the past and continue to use them as my home gym. The price and flexibility with their $20/mo offer just can’t be beat. I can always walk in, find a locker, and get a turn on the equipment I need with ease. Overall, this is a great new location for PF and I’m looking forward to more visits when I’m in Reno.
