Walked in to talk about plans for my mother and I. And the one who assisted us was a very nice and sweet guy named Josh!He made my mom feel comfortable for being an 86yr old woman trying to keep fit. ๐Ÿ˜ Just walking in you can tell it's very clean. And staff very helpful answering all questions. In all it was a very great experience will definitely recommend going here and getting a hold of Josh!!! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Started going 3 times a week recently. Mostly in the evenings.Very friendly evening staff that says hi, bye, and listens when I notice something off like paper towels running out, or something that happened to equipment. They're quick to change and replace all that stuff by the next time I go.Clean bathroom/locker room, great atmosphere, lots of equipment to work with. I can get my entire full body workout that usually runs for 2 hours in easy here, even when it's busy. This is my first ever gym experience, and I thoroughly enjoy it. If you need a place that's clean, with friendly people, where you can pop in headphones and zone out for 2 hours, definitely do it here.

It's a little crowded sometimes but I always get my workout in and they truly keep the gym super clean. The people working out are mellow not super aggressive. Wish they had more free weights but it's still a good gym. And oh ya, the membership cost is easy on the wallet.

Soap in showers but staff never say hi or bye. They just keep on talking to themselves. The water cooler is for germ-spreading sipping only. It doesnโ€™t have a water bottle filling function like at other PFs. Staff isnโ€™t good about wearing masks.

Very good Covid policies. Staff is friendly and helpful. Always hot in there for some reason. Be prepared to sweat even if you are not working out strenuously. And they play their own music. So bring headphones.

My 16 year old son has a membership here. I have been talking him and picking him up for a few months and never heard a single complaint. In those few short months my son has completely transformed himself!

I like Planet Fitness, been a black card member since they opened. I travel so the ability to go to any PF is nice. BUT, this particular Planet Fitness was the worst of the 100's I've been too. The place was dirty and crowded, paper towels for wiping off machines were all out. I didnt see even one employee anywhere in the gym except behind the front counter. Noone emptying trash and refilling paper towel stations or cleaning bathrooms/ locker rooms , the floor or anything. Unfortunately this is the only 24hour PF in Reno.

This gym was so dirty from the floor to the walls to the ceiling. Everything needed cleaning it was after midnight when I went there. The two employees were behind the counter playing draw for instead of attending their duties. The showers were disgusting I needed a shower but decided not to use that option. The fabric on some machines were torn and worn, also on some benches.

They started with a five star review. Now here on my third visit, I get to interact with the manager. It wasn't so much what we were discussing, as much as the attitude he gave while providing his information. I don't care how great your business looks. No one wants attitude from the staff because it gives off the appearance that you're only going to be nice during the sign up process and then be a complete ___________ afterwards. Your management shouldn't act like their position makes them better than the next human. And I could see the looks of concern on the employees as they waited to see my reaction to this man. Planet Fitness, I bit my tongue and walked away, but your management either needs to be trained in customer service all good ver again or needs to be replaced.
