I am so glad I consulted with Will, a Personal Trainer at this 24 Hour Fitness. I had frequent back pain when I first joined the club and Will told me what exercises to do for that. I did what he said and no longer have pain in my back! Will is an excellent Personal Trainer. The club itself is just fine (I have no complaints), but Personal Trainer Will deserves 5 stars!

Unfortunately the treadmills are falling apart. Some days I jump 5 units before I find one that doesn’t slip, randomly stop or give an error before it starts.Front desk crew says nothing can be done because corporate does not want to invest any money in the 15 year old equipment. This is pretty much what I was told when I inquired.I liked that they have a turf to work on. Sauna, pool area and restrooms are clean when I went in.Use to have good customer service, aside from the ridiculous response I received when I inquired about the broken treadmills. Now I am talked to or treated rudely by some reps just because I bring up the broken machines.I am assuming the regional director for this gym is the same as the other gyms around Addison and Dallas as I have heard very similar responses from staff in other locations. Most out of state 24 hr fitness locations are maintained much better so I am still holding on to the membership.

Been a member for over 2 years (hopefully not too much longer). Towel service is gone, but my monthly rate has only gone up. Take a close look at the weight/cardio machines. A large number of them are broken. (and have been for some time. Maintenance does not seem to be a priority to the manager.) You could not even guess when the last time the floor was cleaned. Free weights for the upstairs barbells are scattered every day I come in, it's a total mess. The gym members have no common decency to rerack their weights after they finish their excersise. Half the TVs are broken/never working. It's cnn/foxnews politics on the TVs that are working... there are a few roof leaks, so watch out after it rains. Staff is unprofessional. (Probably underpaid.) The trainers are the only redeeming quality. But if you ask me it cost way too much for a personal trainer. Find a friend that knows what they're doing. This gym has a dedicated squat/deadlift station downstairs next to their turf/crossfit area. It's really nice equipment. Its my favorite thing about the gym. Only problem is, the place is a madhouse between 4-7pm. Good luck following a workout program when you have a cross fitter hogging the squat rack for 2 hours.

This location has gone completely downhill over the last 12 years. Half the treadmills are broken and the owners are so cheap that they don't even have towel service because the machines keep breaking. You have a pool and are not giving people towels? How are we to wipe down equipment. Needs to change or I will beer filling a corporate complaint about this for this location.

I've had a membership for 2yrs now. Will never go back! Not open 24hrs first off... 2nd bathroom smells like piss all the time! It's nasty 3rd the whole building smells like gas for some time now. Makes me nauseous when I try and workout at that gym. Still have a membership to 24 but I already signed up for another gym. Not going back to 24.Very last complaint is the personal trainers are rude! For 2yrs now not 1 has said hi or anything to us when they walk by. Either they are training someone while looking at females or whatever but they are rude! Worst gym! The new gym we go to is amazing and smells amazing compared to 24

24-hour fitness gym, especially that one on East Campbell Road Richardson Texas have bad customer service especially the people who stay at the front those kind people looks like we are working for them and the only thing I care about is just a few people I don't know how this is happening and why but looks to me and as I experienced they just have desire to help certain people not everyone also, the trainers trainers want to work out with the client anytime anywhere they don't care about other participant other members they just want to take all the spots they just want to take the weights they just want to ask you buy tools and they just there for the client and they don't see there is another members wants to.

Functional fitness area downstairs has a lot to offer. Pullup rig, four racks for squat/etc., soft plyoboxes, tire for flipping, sleds. Always can get an efficient training in here, though it can be crowded at certain times of the day ( normal gym inconvenience).

None of the equipment works. Tried about 4 treadmills before a gentleman told me that none of them in that entire row works. How sad. I loved 24 when I had it in florida, but the Richardson TX location has really let me down . Seriously thinking about canceling.

My girlfriend and I got a 3 day pass, we went twice. If you’ve ever heard the saying “meat market” in describing a gym that does not even do this one justice. It’s more like a bunch of vultures stalking they’re prey. Creepy ass old men with nothing going for themselves just sitting and waiting for the next half decent human to step in the gym. It’s discusting. Do not go.

If your diabetic, this is where to go. The trainers there are very informative. They have two swim classes one by Michelle and hers is more aerobic, fun. But the one who can rock your world is Liz. She works you hard and waatches your moves and corrects them without embarrassing any one. She challenges those who need it and can accept it. All together fun club, locker room needs a little more attedence, but that's to be expected, as most mom's stopped picking up after their kids years ago.
