Members can enjoy towel service, free weight areas, and a variety of exercise classes. However, it regularly receives mixed reviews regarding its cleanliness and maintenance. Recent renovations have improved some facilities, but outdated equipment and unclean areas continue to be an issue for many patrons.

  • Functional fitness area with modern equipment.
  • Renovated locker rooms and showers.

  • Not open 24 hours as the name suggests.
  • Outdated and poorly maintained equipment.
  • Cleaning and sanitation issues in locker rooms and showers.

I came to this 24 to wait out traffic. The staff were extremely friendly and the gym goers were not disruptive. Main critique - they are in dire need of newer cable machines and other equipment.

I usually always visit this location during the lunch hour. A decent size crowd but it is not overly congested at all. This is one of the few locations that actually provides towels to members. The facility and the locker rooms are kept very clean although the men's shower facility is a bit dated but still OK

This is a really nice club, Campbell and Plano roads. Two floors with a kids place and a five lane pool on the first floor. Very big. Decent gym downstairs, newly renovated, with main gym upstairs. Plenty of free weights, five benches 20 each treadmill, elliptical. Five stair stepper, two rowing machines.

I come to swim almost every day and the staff is friendly and the free towel service is a nice plus. When the spa is working its very relaxing after a long workout. I have been a member for 6 years and can rwcommend this gym bwcause its staff are wonderful!

Will never go back to this gym.1. The workout equipment is outdated, falling apart, and dangerous (some don’t have all their pieces)2. The locker room is covered in dust, mold, and urine. When this was brought up to the people at the front desk they said they would let someone know. Right.3. This gym is majority men and they are creeps who will follow you and/or take pictures of you.Don’t waste time or money here. This gym was supposedly just remodeled, but the ONLY thing that has been changed is the foyer and the half turf field by the locker rooms. Wish I could have given it 0 stars.

I workout here every morning, and have been a member for about 9 months. The only bright spot I can think of for this gym is that the staff is very personable and welcoming. Other than the staff this place is a dump straight out of the 80's. We are currently on our 4th straight day of no hot water with temps in the mid teens outside. If any peice of equipment breaks you should be ready for it to take at least 3 months to be fixed (let's hope this isn't the case for the water heater). Yes this gym offers towel service, but to be quite honest I wish they would save the money and reinvest it into updating the gym. All this and the average membership is $40 a month, oh and don't forget the annual fee of $60...... beginning to feel ripped off at this point. Conclusion, only come to this gym if you absolutely have too and if you do be ready for a freezing shower!

I've gone to this gym for 4 months now and I really appreciate their free towel service compared to other 24hrs in the area. The staff members are very interactive and helpful if you ever have a question. They recently closed the locker room for a day to deep clean too. Loving the free 30 minute personal training sessions, steam & sauna rooms and swimming pool & hot tub. I gotta agree with the other reviewer though, sometimes there will be old men walking around watching you work out and talk to you. This place opens late and closes early on the weekends.

Always a good place to find a sauna or a hot tub. They have also converted their old kids area to be more of a cross fit arena. It has definitely become one of my favorite 25 hour locations. They also provide towel service here complementary

this gym has renovated and the staff is nice and the lockers are way better than other locations. they even got rid of the ugly shower stalls they had

Equipment is very old. Employees don't care about you whatsoever. "manager is never there or available" tried getting a hold of him for about 2 months lol. They also charged me an annual fee after specifically promising me they would not. Just FYI they are not always 24 hrs.
