I go to a different location because the reviews for this gym were not that great, but I came here yesterday because my appointment was nearby. Big mistake. Apparently, they haven't improved on anything. The only things I really liked were the open concept and that the women's locker room was clean, but everything else was disappointing.Nobody seemed friendly at this gym. A woman was standing right behind me using dumbells when I was stretching, even though there was plenty of room to exercise elsewhere. One man was recording the women doing a class and I had to confront him. What a creep. Another man was being loud and dramatic in the sauna. Trash was left at a lot of the machines. 2 machines I tried using were broken (and not labeled as such). There were hardly any dumbbells to use (25lb and below), and none of them had any grip left. About 10 barbells were standing up stacked next to the barbell racks...Please fix and upgrade the equipment at this location. I'm definitely going back to my usual gym.

I just joined 24hr. I choose them for aquatics mostly. They do have full fitness programs rumba, physical training and challenges. They have much more. So far I love it I will update my weightloss in a month.

This location is in a rougher area with homeless wandering the parking lot. Its hard to keep homeless out. This gym will let almost anyone join and its caused a decline in my enjoyment. Its also caused yelling matches and arguments that involved bringing employees to settled upset members. There is some extra cleaning needed on the walls and floor of the pool area. The locker rooms need to be better cleaned. The shower area is very calcified and gross (mens side) the gym has improved broken equipment and its all working very nicely. They put a new finish on basketball court. They have a nice TRX work out tower. Awesome. The staff make effort to be polite and kind every day.

24 hour fitness has fell off so bad it's not even funny. Not only do most of your gyms not honor your name by staying open 24 hours anymore, but I'm sitting in front of the Fulton avenue location at 5:27am while the gym is not open. It's supposed to open at 5am. How does something like this even happen? It's bad enough you started making your employees maintain the restrooms which are now unbearably disgusting, or you've gotten rid of some important workout machines for no reason, but now you can't even open on time. I just saw three people leave upset whom are all probably going to sign up at Planet Fitness. Keep it up and after 15 years of being a member, I am next!

Currently going on 30 minutes of sitting outside the gym because it doesn’t open in time. They only hire 2 janitors to clean an entire gym that has nonstop people coming in and out. Which explains why the locker rooms constantly look unsanitary and disease ridden. This gym was great pre pandemic and now it looks and feels like a truck stop bathroom.

* UPDATE 1/15/2023: I added some pictures. Also 6 out of16 treadmills doesn’t work. They still haven’t fixed any of the machines on 2/7/23 *It has been a year since I joined this gym, and they have been promising to open 24 hours, and they still haven’t. Last year they close early due to covid, but the restrictions has lifted long ago, and they still close arent open 24hours. I’m not paying 45+ for a gym that closes at 11. This is my biggest problem with this gym. But since I’m writing a review anyways, I should mention that the floors and bathrooms are always dirty, and need to swept/mopped more often. There are always broken equipments, and they take awhile go get repaired. Most gyms always upgrades, but this gym deteriorates over time. They also need a stricter reracking policy because people leave their weights everywhere, and as a result, there are people who can’t move heavier weights when they need to use an equipment or bench that has too much weights on it. Finally, why are trainers allowed to occupy multiple machines at a time even when they aren’t using it? If regular members do this, it is frowned upon. For a franchise gym, this gym is really not the greatest. I still have to come to this one though because it is the closest to home.

This is the second time i found a wad of hair in the hot tub. Plus the spa doesnt always work. Also the employees will shoot the breeze with others and ignore a customer in need. Im starting to consider family fitness

First, the staff at the front desk are usually people that are very upset for no reason. Secondly, the showers and restrooms are so dirty and nasty that they literally make you throw up. And the third issue is that there aren’t enough dumbbells.

I had the pleasure of speaking the Rosa regarding my membership, I can't tell you how impressed I was with her level of professionalism, problems solving ability and attention to detail. She has set such a high level of customer service everyone else pales in comparison. Thank You Rosa
