24 Hour Fitness

After new culture less, noisy guys overcrowded the gym, i decided that i will use different fitness 24 or ask my money back. The last time i could not swim there because of jumping, diving, noisiness, etc. The place snd especially the swimming pool needs better monitoring so anybody could feel himself safe and respected

I’m not sure how this gym is still operating. In a “third world” country this gym would be locked down long time ago for sanitary reasons. Disgusting, dirty bathrooms, showers, locker room. Mold everywhere. It’s literally falling apart. Old and broken down machines. This place needs a renovation asap. Can’t way for my membership to expire so I can leave and find a better gym.

This club is dirty. There are not enough 15-30 pound weights. There is not enough cable equipment (handles) for the machines. You have to go to the front counter to get more because people at the gym steal them. The front desk is nice, but most of the time they don't acknowledge your existence when you come in unless you are a bro. I am looking for a new gym. This is a glorified planet fitness. The owner should be embarrassed.

This place is disgustingly dirty. The men locker room Is trashed, mold in the 2 or 3 showers that actually work. I remember when it opened 20 years ago or so. That was the last time it was cleaned. Broken machines that never get fixed. 2 stars is more than generous. Don't think I'll go back there again.

This mfka needs some work lol employees are ok they don’t own it butManagement needs to step their game up to the other 24 hrs in Sacramento.

Good gym and location. Staff are wonderful. 4 stars because this gym barely have any 5's and 10 pounds or it would be a 5 star.

I’ve been a member for over 20 years, and this location is consistently the worst. I spoke with the front counter employees and they said this location brings in more revenue that others in the area, yet corporate ignores it because it’s in a less desirable area. Equipment is constantly broken, locker rooms are filthy. They need to do much better.

It is a nice and huge gym, but really mismanagement. The manager needs to hire a cleaner or someone who can keep the gym clean. The gym is terribly dirty! The showers are downs for months. The sauna is not regularly washed and the drinking water stations look filthy.I am not sure if the gym members/manager really care about the feedback, as people have been complaining about it for months and no actions have been taken thus far.Lastly, it is not a 24 hours gym as it’s name implies. They operate limited hours. They need start operating 24 hours - Covid is over now.

So I love gyms and gym culture. However, this gym had zero people smiling, saying hello, or anything. There was trash at a lot of pieces of equipment. The bathrooms were filthy. Absolutely dirty. I was impressed at how dirty they were and especially the smell. For a large corporation, you can do better

This gym is nasty, there is constantly mold on the walls of the steam room. The floors in the Mensroom have not been cleaned in the last 3 months. They don't know the difference between a wipe down and actual cleaning. There are major broken tiles throughout the facility. You can smell the bacterial growth everywhere in the building, especially in the steam room. This is not just a case of "they did not clean it this week". I have been a member for 15 years and moved to the Fulton gym 6 months ago and it has never been clean properly in that 6 months. I often see the early morning crew just hanging out on their phones or sitting talking at a desk, while the shower floors are slick with mold. The Manager needs to walk their facility and spend some time using it. Then they would know how bad it is. 24 hour fitness has never taken care of their customers they have allways had bad reputation since thier 24 hour Natolas days. Once they have your credit card number they won't even talk to you, let alone keep the place clean enough to use. I only continue as a member because I pay $29 a year and I use it when I travel.
