24 Hour Fitness, located at 1314 Fulton Ave, Sacramento, CA, aims to provide gym-goers with an extensive range of fitness equipment and services. Despite the spacious layout and availability of multiple machines, numerous customer reviews highlight significant cleanliness issues and ongoing equipment maintenance problems. The staff receives mixed feedback, with some users appreciating their friendliness while others report unprofessionalism and rudeness.

This place has deteriorated over the past couple years. Whoever is managing this place needs more training or neeeds to be replaced because the gym is nasty. I go to this gym because it's close to home. The gym is always busy, but that's no excuse for how horrible the gym is being ran.Pros: some of the machines are new and older ones are getting replaced.Cons: dirty. The locker rooms are smelly, dirty, moldy, the sinks are moldy. The entire gym stinks of sweat. The pool area is moldy, has alot of dirt that havent been cleaned. The basketball court smells, walls and rims tilted. The only thing clean or looks decent are the equipments, front lobby, and store.Attached are photos of what i thought was disgusting. Please change management or train managment to take care of the problem.

The gym is spotless and the people working there always make sure the paper towels and disinfectant is stocked. I'm glad they are taking the necessary steps to keep the members safe.

I've been gym member years ago.I went to ask for restroom for my kid (8 year old). Staff member said NO. They said he has to be older than 12 year old or a member. Is ridiculous. He is a kid. Business must have exception unless just for children.

Plus's...airy and the equipment is well spaced and reasonable well cared for. And...that's about it. Minus's...the staff is way to inexperienced for a an urban gym and the floor and bathrooms are worked by teams of thieves. One person distracts while the second person rummages. Happens at the entrance as well with one person keeping the staff occupied while a second person heads to the men's locker room. You can get a good workout in but always keep your stuff with you and remember the room is being worked 100% of the time by thieves.

Usually employees are friendly and encouraging. Today Julian and the woman tall, thin Hispanic working with him did not greet, say, enjoy your workout or thanks for coming in! Smh...I come 2 times a day most days first time had that happen! They both suck!!! Added bonus...huge coach roach crawled out the drain by the pool! Gross!!!!!

My Favorite 24 Hour Fitness Gym in the Sacramento area. I've been to at least 5 other gyms and this is by far the best one of all. It is usually less crowded, there are more machines and free weights, and the equipment is always in working order. I highly recommend it.

I joined 24 hour i am on the silver and fit program. My membership is free! My insurance pays for it. I love the gym! 24 hr has everything one might want. A pool, all the machines, also a spa, yoga classes and other classes also!

Get What you Pay For.Just cancelled after 4 months, moving to CalFit. I've mentioned the cons awhile back and saw no action taking place. When I cancelled they asked why and I reiterated my issues and the lady at the desk could have given 2 pieces of fecal matter. So here are my issues.Pro's: Its 24hrs, no excusesLots of Space and EquipmentGreat varietyCon's: Free weights are all over the place, terrible etiquette and staff doesn't care and/or try to enforceFilthy equipment, only one cleaning bottle and towel dispenser on the far side of the room. (basically no one cleans)Overall if you like some organization and cleanliness this isn't your place.

This 24 is okay. The staff is incredibly nice and the trainers are knowledgeable. This place is a hot box during the summer due to poor air circulation and the lack of overhead fans. The worst part is the people. No one cleans the restroom or their pee off the seat, during peak hours people will take two machines or multiple sets of weights. People will also not re-rack their weights. I guess after a heavy set of 95 lb bench they are just too tired to put weights back.Side note: Half of the treadmills incline setting dosent work.To re-cap, great staff, terrible members, bad facilities management.

I was a member here around 4 years ago and decided to start up again since I moved back to the area. It has been significantly busier, to the point that it’s hard to get a full workout in because you’re constantly waiting for equipment. The air conditioning feels nonexistent with the exception of the groupX room. It feels like you’re walking into a sauna because it’s so humid and hot. It’s often dirty, but they’ve recently cleaned it up a little more so it doesn’t reek of urine and sweat. The stair master closest to the wall smelled like pee for several weeks. It was nauseating. Overall, this place has gone down hill. I’m looking into the downtown location even though it’s further.
