Last night my wallet was taken from my locked locker while I was working out. The suspects had cut off all the locks in the women’s locker room. While I was informing staff, another woman approached the front desk because her wallet was also gone from her locked locker. When I informed the staff, I got an insincere “that sucks” from the guy at the desk. He made us fill out a “job aid” paper that described the nature of what was stolen. There are no cameras facing the locker rooms so there is no way to know who stole our stuff. As I was filling this paperwork out, I was getting notifications on my phone that my credit cards were being used at CVS and Safeway for very large transactions, and the other woman whose wallet was stolen could see from her phone they were charging her cards.I asked the gym worker to call the police because multiple people had their things stolen and he said “we don’t really do that” so I called them myself and they never showed up. I was told that management would be following up with me today to speak to me about what happened and they never called. This happened at 8 pm, the busiest time at the gym so nobody is safe. Do not give this gym your business. The weights and equipment are old and nobody cleans up their stuff or re-racks. Plus people stand in front of the dumbbell racks amd hurl weights around so that nobody else can retrieve weights.I will be cancelling my membership.

Save your money and time!24 hour fitness is a joke! They told me when I signed up, month to month, I can freeze my acct when I need to at no cost. Not true!Short story: when I said cancel membership they talked me into paying a lower price to freeze my acct, sounds great, but the front desk, in person did NOT do it! I tell them, for 3 months I been charged full and the response I get , ' they will refund $20 bucks less than one month of full price! 'And it's still the beginning of the month!not only that, they keep lying saying you have to come down to have anything with acct fixed when they are capable of doing it by phone! Not only do they waste your money but your time too because the front who is handling your funds and information doesn't know what they're doing! They are all about taking your money and saving they're own staff, look at for yourselves! Full of lies! Go elsewhere! Don't do it!!

It is tough to get past the amount of homeless in the parking lot and the amount of drug use in that lot. Staff is friendly. I check in every time but seem to notice people that don't? Not sure why! It takes about 2 weeks for anything to be repaired. Filthy locker room and it is always filthy! Really need to add new equipment and do some needed cleaning.

Pros: Local gymCons: Equipment are old, men locker room are old, watery, dirty floor. Locker theft happens all the time, make sure to bring 3 heavy duties lock. Not enough equipmentA few staff are very nice and helpful, while the others are very rude, disrespect and will treat you like nothing. ( I was gonna sign up but I changed my mind)Make sure you read terms carefully before you sign up. Make no mistake, These staff are highly trained sales people and will do whatever it takes, very pushy sometimes, to get you to sign up.

Gym equipment is nice, dumbbells are always in order. Facility is older, and is showing its age. Only one squat rack, usually with a line behind it. Locker rooms range from tolerable to downright filthy, depending on time of day. The locker room floors are often dirty, and the showers definitely have a bit of a mildew and mold issue. This place needs serious maintenance and needs to be cleaned WAY more often, but overall it is an alright facility.

I attend this gym regularly and the staff is friendly but depending on the time of day, the restroom can get really bad especially when there is only one person working. The person working at the front desk said only male team members can clean the men's room and only female team members can clean the women's room which leaves those rooms unchecked for long hours at a time depending on who is working. Also, the janitor I tried to speak to didn't speak English. The weight machines are pretty old and rusty but they work. A few extra 're-rack your weights' signs would be nice too since that rule gets ignored all the time. The cardio machines are good and the new turf is a nice upgrade.

I came from The Well at Sac State to 24 with some doubts, and while it still does not compare, I have been pretty satisfied with my time at this gym. It can get pretty busy at peak hours (the after work crowd). The locker rooms can have quite the odor, so I dare not use the showers... But the staff is very helpful, knowledgeable about fitness, and friendly. They have a wide range of equipment for the many people that fill the gym.If you ride a bike, be sure you have a sturdy, secure lock. This isn't the gym's fault, but the area seems pretty sketch, I had the lights stolen off of my bike. I'm assuming they couldn't break my lock.

Without a doubt, the most irresponsible staff that I have ever come into contact with in any phase of of my career. My review will come from the perspective of a guy who was going through the application process to become a Personal Trainer here.I walked in on a Tuesday morning with my certification in hand. Went to the desk, handed my resume to the girl behind the counter, and was told to have a seat, and wait for an interview. After sitting for a good 20 minutes, a man-` walked out and informed me to come back on Friday. Friday morning, I drive down to the gym, and literally as I'm walking to the door, get a call on my cell. My interview has been cancelled due to "personal issues". I am AGAIN re-scheduled, this time, 4 days out.Tuesday morning, get my interview. I am instructed to come back for another. Now believe it or not, this was the ONE appointment the staff actually kept. I train a trainer, and am informed to return yet again. Re-scheduled. This time, three hours earlier than planned. Arrive on time, interviewed by another manager. He informs me that he does not enjoy his work, that he is often at the gym 12 hours a day (even shows me his schedule), I am then given a pink pad, a pen, and given 20 minutes to get three clients names and telephone numbers. I get 0. I am told to come back for the "Final Phase" of the interview process. This morning I am again, re-scheduled... Now, for the fifth time. I will not be at my next appointment. If the professional conduct of the staff is any indication of the quality of service at this location, I feel terribly sorry for any of the clientele. My time and money have been wasted, and I would like everyone to know about my experience. Stay as far as humanly possible from this trash-pit of a gym.

I just got a new membership there. I like it overall. I think the prices are high to enroll, but the monthly payments are affordable. The staff there is somewhat friendly. The day I went to enroll, the man at the counter completely ignored me until the manager noticed me standing there and called me over. Staff could be a little more friendly and aware. I do amenities, but it is a busy location after 5, between the hours of 5-7. But overall I love it!
