Terrible gym chain. They sell expensive subscriptions and are silent about the 50 dollar annual service. They charged me $150. And they didn't return it.

They did not advertise that the place isnt actually 24 hours while selling you on the membership.I asked them to email me and issue a refund for this reason soon after. They called me, in the middle of my night, even though I specially asked them to email me.When I get lucky and can actually use their NOT 24 HOUR fitness, it stinks and all the equipment is grubby.The initial fee to join is something like 118 dollars plus the first month. Everything works on the app except the cancellation page... Do not do this. Dudes...

Perfect location for where my office is at. Tyler was a great sales person who showed me around the gym. Great customer service. Definitely suggest to visit this location.

Why isn't it 24hours anymore? We are paying for a 24 hour gym ... And why is the pool only big enough for two people. I've been waiting twenty minutes to use the pool. Especially considering I'm pregnant and can't use the hot tub or sauna the main reason I got the membership is specifically so I can use the pool. Pretty disappointed.

Why is the 24 Hour Fitness not open 24 hours? We pay every month to have the name of this business and we don't even receive it. I overheard a worker saying it was because of Covid. Covid has been over for over a year now. They shut down because they are saving money for themselves. They cut down on labor amongst other things by shutting the facilities down prematurely. So if they want to save money by not giving us what we are paying for which is 24 hour fitness. Then maybe they should not be getting our money. Some of us work until late hours and we like to work out at night. And that is impossible will you close between between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. every night. And most of the facilities do not have someone to clean the locker rooms. I highly recommend going to another gym. False advertising.

Packed at 9pm. Can’t get a machine. Lights off at 9pm. When is this going to be a 16hr gym again?

Love this location, but ever since after covid this place sucks. Hours are not the same and the house keeping is below expectation. And the inconvenience of them closing the sauna at or around 8am for cleaning is just not the perfect timing. They should have it cleaned by opening hours.

Decent Gym but good luck on the 5 am staff being on time. There has been multiple no shows at 5 am.
