Every summer it's always the same issue that never seems to be fixed. The AC systems in this gym is just horrible and makes it completely unbearable to workout. You would think this reoccurring issue would be resolved by now.

My BIGGEST complaint is the Hours of Operation, why do you call yourself "24 Hour Fitness" if you don't operate 24 Hours ???Why do you also close early during the weekend, don't you realize people work until 7pm or later and would like to go to the gym.Honestly change your name or just go back to operating 24 Hours as your name implies

Decent size, friendly enough staff and clean for the most part.... However, there is zero ventilation. It literally smells so bad and is so stuffy it's hard to breathe. It smells like gassy, sweaty B.O. and the air is so stuffy you can taste it. Disgusting to say the least.

Like many other comments here, I found their totally apathy to their own masking policy frustrating and upsetting. The gym has been getting more crowded every week, yet they don’t expand the hours. In addition to that, fewer and fewer people wear masks, frequently even entering and talking with the staff without a mask on. I just quit this gym and look forward to finding one that enforces their own rules and local mandates… or at least does the courtesy of pretending to care about them.

It offers a lot but during the summertime it’s so disgustingly hot inside the facility upstairs it makes working out really quite uncomfortable. Also, their hours really aren’t ideal. Closes far too early on weekends and weekdays for people who have a more demanding work schedule, makes it hard to put money to good use

Signed up online with my out of town home address and selected the gym I wanted to go to in Sac and got a free three day pass. Took a pre workout and walked a mile down the road in 100° heat to get a quick workout in before my flight out. Told them I didn’t need the sales pitch since I was just in for the night and leaving this afternoon and they told me it was $25 for a day pass for out of towners. 0/10 don’t recommend. $10 yea I would have for a quick workout but $25 lol I think not

The equipment is in great repair versus the other locations. Enclosed parking helpful if it's raining. Very high percentage of the members do not wear masks. Maybe 90% do not. Only give it a four

Great atmosphere and plenty of inadvertent competitiveness. If its a "sport" gym, I believe they should have more of a smorgasbord of sports going on the tvs, especially Kings games when they're literally playing right next door. I'm very familiar with the NBA life and every city embraces their teams no matter winning or losing, and be it that Sacramento has one professional team and that the 24hr fitness owner has or had stake In the Kings makes no sense not to have all their games on in the gym

Out of 11 4 of them are not working. People drive in and cannot really finish the workout. This gym is super slow fixing the machines.
