Requested a 3 day pass via their website to try out the gym before signing up. Easy, right?Apparent you have to bring proof of residence for your current address. That would have been easy to do if I’d been informed before showing up as part of the email they send out. But instead, I changed and drove down here for absolutely nothing. Given the number of maskless people I saw coming and going — including the staff member — I have significant questions about whether I’ll be back to completely my 3 day trial. At least they validated my parking.

The condensed hours without any knowledge about when it’s being extended back to normal hours is just one of the reasons i’ll be cancelling my membership in April when my contract is up. The gym is dirty. it’s crazy in a pandemic i would have to be concerned with cleanliness. The bathrooms are constantly dirty. The spray bottles are constantly empty and will be empty for days at a time. I will be switching to Cal Fit, at least they are open until 10.

Out of 11 4 of them are not working. People drive in and cannot really finish the workout. This gym is super slow fixing the machines.

This location has recently changed the containers that hold their water bottles to these self pay ones . Sounds great in theory except you have to have your debit/credit card on you . The machine does not take Apple Pay. The most frustrating part is the team members have the ability to open the containers however my most recent experience was with a man who was so rude informing me he is NOT allowed to manually open them. When I told him I don’t bring my cards to the gym he informed me I was going to need to start if I wanted to get water ! This 24 is going down hill fast ! I don’t know if it’s their manager that’s running it down or what it is but I Remember coming to 24 and experiencing the best service .. not it’s the farthest from it !

I bought a day pass for $25. The employee name Kayla said that once i leave, I can't come back for the rest of the day. I was only there on a day pass for 30 min. I needed to go run an Arden, and then come back. She said NO REENTRY. I will EVER use this gym again and will tell all of my friends not to come here either. California Family Fitness is write there on K St, so I will be using there gym from now on. 👎🏼

Just called the downtown location August 16, 2022, 7:00 PM as I wanted to acquire a membership with the club again but the two ladies that answer the phone had customer service skills, proper training and seemed uninterested in helping me with my questions. After reading all the reviews, it sounds like the gym has gone from bad to worst. Perhaps is due to poor management since employees don't really care about potential customers. Very disappointed.

I just joined this gym And I noticed that there is Black mold growing in the steam room on the bottom steps. It takes sometime for mold to grow so that means this area is not ever cleaned and sterilized. Black mold can make you dealthly I'll if not dealt with. I went to the front desk to tell a worker but there was no one in sight when I was leaving. You pay for a membership and that is definitely an OSHA violationNot to mention disgusting. The workers at this gym do not do their jobs. This is unacceptable to have in a health club.

For the amount you pay per month, not really worth it. The AC was done for a month this summer. The boxing bag has been out of commission for 6 months. There’s virtually no water station, lockers get broken into and they don’t seem to care. The only thing good about this place is that this 24 hour fitness opens until 9pm on most days. Joke of a gym tbh.

Think before you get a new membership here or renew your existing one. This place is a homeless shelter now and you can’t feel safe yourself in the locker room to leave your staff unattended or leave them in the lockers.

Update: Unhelpful staff and stupid policies. No enforcement of masks and the condensed hours exaggerates this issue. Charge the same price and still call themselves 24hr gym even though they close at 9pm.BOOOOOOVery accommodating gym! What more could you realistically expect? They have just about everything. Pool, spa, steam room, all the workout equipment and tons of it. This place is a fitness monstrosity.
