Unable to reply to your response - therefore, I am updating it here. I have the correct business Josh Boulware. I was charged for Holmes nutrition protein bag and never received the bag. I was charged for multiple sessions that were canceled by you. There were multiple times where you (Josh Boulware) did not show up to the training sessions, multiple times where you were late by 30 mins to an hour and consistently giving excuses and pairing me with different trainers. There was no consistency. This behavior is repetitive (one of your other clients also mentioned to me that this was happening on a consistent basis with them too and also felt uncomfortable by your physical behavior). I was touched inappropriately multiple times during our sessions. Only to find out later - this was happening with multiple female clients to fool them into a comfortable relationship that would later be used as a tactic to scam money from them. I was told my sessions are $90 per session but some clients are only paying $50-65 dollars (FOR A 30 MINUTE SESSION!!!!) - RIDICULOUS!!!! Multiple fraudulent charges found on my credit card for protein i never bought and sessions I never completed. Later, your trainer asked me how much I was paying for a session and when I told them the price - they told me that is very unreasonable because they were not getting a higher rate for sessions they are training with me. YOU ARE A SCAMMER. HORRIBLE PERSON!TERRIBLE SERVICE. He's a Fraud. Do NOT book this guy. I over paid for sessions and he charged me for sessions I never did. Fraudulent charges. He's consistently LATE, careless and has no respect for other people's times. Tries to get too personal and close to women - very inappropriate.

I reached out to Body By Boulware for help getting back in shape after having my son. He responded promptly to set up an assessment and determine the right trainer to work with me. He paired me with great trainers! Both are super knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. Once I was off and running, Josh checked in to make sure it was a good fit. A major plus for me was how flexible and accommodating of my scheduling constraints the trainers were - they worked with me to set up makeups whenever life got in the way of my training. Josh and his team are professional, attentive and accessible. I had a fantastic experience with Body By Boulware and highly recommend Josh and his team to anyone looking for personal training in the Sacramento area.

I love the guys. Josh is fun and made it an easy decision to sign up, and Olga is a wonderful trainer. She patiently tolerated my resistance and how much I hated being sore at first. But I’ve gotten so much stronger. I can jog and hike again without being in pain, and I feel comfortable and confident in my body again. Very grateful!

Olga is a great trainer. She evaluates where you’re at and pushes you toward your goals. She knows a lot of workouts so she’ll keep you on your feet. She knows what she’s doing and will make sure you have good form while performing the workouts. I would recommend her for anyone starting out or trying to get to the next level.

Definitely recommended . Josh is very knowledgeable , professional , and passionate about what he does. He paired me with Nash I just loved her in just a short month I started seeing results and just in total feeling better , moving better she also knows her stuff and made me feel very comfortable and confident in the technique she taught me for achieving my goals. If you are serious and want a trainer who is going to hold you accountable and build a fitness plan that is specifically designed to cater to your goals and what you are wanting to accomplish. I highly recommend Body By Boulware.

Josh connected me with Ralph which was a perfect match. I came in after entering remission for breast cancer. My body has been so drained I felt like I was starting in the negative on my fitness journey. Admittedly it took me 5 days to recover just from my assessment. I didn’t know what to expect and figured it would take months before I saw any results. I will say Ralph has whipped me into pretty good shape in just 6 weeks. He’s super accommodating in regards to changing up a work out if my previous surgeries complicate it. He encourages me in the gym and at home. And also makes sure to remind me to stay on track. I truly enjoy his company as well. He’s so easy to get a long with. AND most importantly he doesn’t make you feel bad if you need extra help. Creating a safe environment to work on your fitness is so important. It’s nerve wracking starting that journey and knowing you have someone truly rooting for you makes a world of difference.And I wanted to add. Even though I was active before I got sick I have never in my 32 years of life have had a defined calf muscle. And while it’s still small, it’s there! I’m excited to see what more muscle tone and definition Ralph can out of me.

Nasheda is by far one of the best trainers that I’ve ever had. She creates different workout routines depending on your experiences and ensures that you stay on top of your meals to help meet your goals. Even outside of the gym Nasheda checks up and makes sure that you’ve done your exercises and eaten the right foods. I’m so glad that I have her as my trainer.

Jake is amazing at what he does. I was skeptical and hesitant when I started because I was coming from a bad experience with a personal trainer at a different location but it was definitely the right decision. It’s worth the extra commute and time. Jake is patient but knows how to push you. It’s never a question of “will I reach my goals?” With Jake. He takes his time with you to make sure you’re doing the best you can and will check in on you on days off to make sure you’re staying on top of your diet, he’ll hold you accountable for sure! He’ll always accommodate my busy schedule and come in earlier or later just to make sure I don’t end up missing a session just because I’m busy. Appreciate the guy and all he does!

I've been doing workouts with Josh for 2 months now and I am amazed at the progress I have made! I'm hitting goals I never thought were even possible for myself! 3 months into our work outs he was late then it was no call no shows he would insist I worked out with his other trainers telling me technically he’s not supposed to be a trainer I found this to be very unprofessional and moved on.

These last few months working with Jake have been great. He’s a very charismatic and supportive trainer who pushes you to reach your goals. Very attentive to any medical or special conditions as well. Highly recommend.
