California Family Fitness - Natomas

Had my membership for a year.Dirty Dirty! Always dirty. Staff doesn't care about gym, they just there to sign people up and get their commission.Doesn't matter what time of day, always crowded!Classes are a joke.The rock climbing never reopened and that was what I came for.Bathroom rarely clean. Sauna dirty with trash.

I like the fact that there are a lot of cardio and weight machines/stations, so you're never waiting, and you can get right to your workout. I also like having access to a lap pool and racquetball courts - lots of options to vary our workout. There's no feeling of pressure, and everyone pretty much minds their own business. There is a lot of space, so even when there are a lot of people there, it doesn't feel crowded.

Love the gym. Always great but I wish they would change the filter in the water fountain, it taste like tap water from my sink.

The sauna has been down for over a month, every time I ask about it, there is no time estimate for the opening date, I signed it with this gym just for the sauna. Also, this place is dirty as hell and overcrowded.

This gym has ALOT of amenities but it's VERY dirty. The gym equipment, windows and floor isn't as clean as it should be. We're paying a big price but not happy about how dirty it is. Where are the janitors?

They do not have enough hydro chairs. And The $29 up charge to use them and the tanning seems excessive considering $25 gets you everything at Planet Fitness. The place seems clean, staff is nice enough for the most part.

Really great place. Has pools, sauna, steam room, indoor tennis, rock climbing, group classes and much more. But a lot of things are being fixed so aren't working for now (05/05/2023). And hours are terrible. I wish they would close later.

Proximity, it is closer to my home. Friendliness, it fees welcoming every time I arrive there. Clean, the club is clean, but it can be better, especially in the bathrooms. Staff, they are easy to speak with.

Nasty filthy ghetto dirty gym. Indoor pool area walkway was an unsecured -exposed walking hazard on my first visit there. The women’s bathrooms are beyond dirty. Each stall completely soiled: Morning to Mid day- morning. Outdoor pool area suffers the highway traffic noise, and it’s impossible to relax poolside. An empty potato chip bag floating on the bushes by the pool chair. I saw standing water and mold inside the children’s slides. From outside, the architecture looks like an outside of a jail building. Over all: a hazardous place inside and a bad vibe first impression over all, from the check in to the check out. Beyond rhyme or reason; the front end staff behaved in a pretentiously difficult manner. Disorganized, and aloof. Busy with no purpose..Defensive communication style gives away their individual lack of professionalism and accountability in their role as customer service agents.The entire location is not customer service oriented by any stretch of the imagination. More ego— less professionalism. I look forward to completely avoiding this gym and this location until corporate and OSHA gets involved.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The kids club is awesome. The classes are amazing.I appreciate them in their hard work. Thanks guys 💙 …
