The quality of this gym has declined significantly over the last few years. My expensive headphones were stolen, it was captured in the security camera but the staff refused to help. The facilities are constantly in poor condition or stuff is out of order most of the times. One of racketball court has been out of order for months now. And the customer service, or rather the lack of it, just rounds it up! Avoid it if you can.

Each gym has its ups and downs, but the pros outweigh the cons here. The biggest thing about this gym location is timing. The morning is the best time to go around 4:30 am. The club is typically empty. If I do visit in the afternoons, it's to attend a class. Overall, I enjoy being a member here.Cons:The showers are little outdated and not the most hygienic.Parking can be a pain, but just get there early to secure a good spot.

Best for the money if you have a family. Lots of amenities along with a kids club. Machine and free weights, manu different type of aerobic machines, 3 pools, steam and sauna rooms, classes. Depending on what facility, basketball, racket ball and tennis courts. Again, this is good for a family. If you just want to work out and no family Planet Fitness is cheap and would fit the bill.

Be careful not to fall for their cunning and dishonesty! You can be deceived just like us. When we signed up for a year, we were told that you can cancel at any time without any problems. BUT when we decided to cancel, they wrote that we had to pay $300.00! Although they didn't say anything at the time of registration! That is, taking $ 300.00 from a client is not a problem for them... To my remark about such dishonesty, they said "we can take only $175.00 from you as a "kindness"" That's such a "kind" company! Stay away from them.

The closest Cal fit to Downtown Sacramento that now offers child care. Large gym large parking lot. The facilities are a bit grimy a lot of the equipment is often inoperable. It's not bad plenty of room to work out and you can bring your children.

This location so always dirty! You guys have mold growing in your showers.And then there clobbs of human hair always in the shower!! The bathrooms should always remain clean!! Please FAMILY FITNESS. Hire a company to deep clean your bathrooms please so that your customers that pay monthly, can feel comfortable every visit. Thank you please take note!

Has anyone else noticed that the only reviews consistently responded to are the good ones. Left this gym due to cleanliness issues. They have a great pool but no one is ever watching their children, so the pools are only usable by adults when there is a class going on. But for me, the hygiene scared me off. Its very pricey for what you get.

Worst experience of my life. I was told by a representative in the notomas location that my account would be placed on hold indefinitely until I myself unfroze the account through covid. The account was unfrozen without my consent But they will not refund the money they took from my account without my knowledge. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this gem to anyone.

I joined the gym because I was told it will be month to month membership. Before I finished signing the paperwork they gave me a student discount. When I tried to stop my membership they said It was a 1-year membership and I had to pay a $200 cancelation. When I ask why they said when I got my student discount it automatically became a 1-year membership. The person who signed me did not mention that. Tried to talk to corporate but they did not care. The gym is dirty, weights are out of place, never got the gym tour or my first free training session. Suffice it to say that I will go anywhere else after my year is done. And please stop letting people in the sauna with workout clothing and shoes, smells terrible and is gross.
