This gym has no one manning the front desk, homeless people sleeping on a counter, locker room was not clean, and all the toilet paper in the restrooms where missing. Need step up your game and man the building to keep out unwanted guest. Not coming back to this location.

7/21/23, Around 21:30, tried to wipe off equipment, but no paper towels were available in the first 2 containers I checked. Found towels in third container. Later noticed a female wearing a 24hr fitness t-shirt, assumed to be a staff member, sitting next to an assumed friend for a minimum of 20 minutes away from the front desk with a paper towel roll at her side. She would occasionally peak around to the front desk, where I noted 3 people waiting for a staff member, but did nothing beyond looking. Definitely not earning her paycheck.Next staff members were professional and at the front desk. One was even proactively positive with greeting people, sharing great energy.

One of the single occupancy bathrooms is always locked, amd when I asked about they told me they had lost the key and didn't know if they're going to replace it anytime soon. That was months ago. Still can't access that bathroom. And because people are always in the one working handicap single-occupancy, I have to wait around sometimes for almost an hour to shower.Locker room is absolutely disgusting. It looks like something out of a zombie horror film. Walls have holes in them with water cooling up on the bottom, the urinal and toilet area smells like death, and the shower area is so dimly lit that you can barely see what you're doing. It's like a cave.Updated: oh wait now Both single occupancy ones are out of order, and only the manager has keys and isn't here, and the staff ' assumes they must be out of order, then. " 😤😤😤

Dear 24-hour fitness management,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the cleanliness and hygiene conditions at your gym facility. As a dedicated member who values maintaining a healthy lifestyle, I believe it is crucial to provide feedback when the standard of cleanliness falls far below expectations.During my recent visits to the gym, I have noticed several persistent issues that need urgent attention. Firstly, the overall cleanliness of the gym premises leaves much to be desired. The floors often appear dirty and dusty, with visible accumulations of debris and dirt in various corners. This not only creates an unappealing environment but also poses a potential health hazard. Moreover, the gym equipment itself seems to be in a state of neglect. Weightlifting benches and machines frequently exhibit signs of sweat residue, indicating inadequate cleaning procedures. The absence of readily available sanitizing wipes or sprays for members to clean equipment before and after use adds to the unhygienic conditions. This neglectful approach significantly compromises the health and safety of the gym-goers.Another area of concern is the bathroom facilities. Unfortunately, the cleanliness standards in this regard are particularly abysmal. Foul odors, unclean toilets, and poorly maintained sinks contribute to an unsanitary and uncomfortable experience. A lack of hand soap, paper towels, or hand dryers further amplifies the risk of germ transmission and compromises basic hygiene practices. As a conscientious gym member, I believe it is crucial for you, as the management, to prioritize the health and well-being of your clientele. A clean and sanitary environment is not only vital for the overall gym experience but also for the prevention of potential infections and illnesses. Therefore, I kindly request that you take immediate action to address these issues. Some steps that could greatly improve the situation include:Increasing the frequency and effectiveness of cleaning protocols, particularly focusing on high-traffic areas, equipment, and washroom facilitiesensuring the availability of sanitizing wipes or sprays throughout the gym for members to clean equipment before and after use.regularly inspecting and maintaining the washroom facilities, including replenishing essential supplies such as soap, paper towels, and hand dryers.Educating and reminding staff members about the importance of cleanliness and hygiene and their responsibilities in maintaining a healthy environment for gym-goersI believe that by taking these measures, you can significantly enhance the gym experience for all members, promote a healthier atmosphere, and demonstrate your commitment to customer satisfaction.I sincerely hope that you will take my concerns seriously and initiate the necessary improvements promptly. As an invested member, I genuinely value the positive impact a clean and healthy gym environment can have on my fitness journey. I am confident that with your dedication and attention to these matters, we can restore the gym to the standard of cleanliness and hygiene it should uphold.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

So many of the machines are broken, internal walls exposed in the mens lockeroom. Seriously very dirty, it's so different from when I went to this gym a few months ago. I'll stick to Hillsdale...

Someone broke into my locker, got my car's key and stole stuff from my car, I told them about that but the cameras from the parking lot don't work, all what they did was just to write down my name and phone number, I didn't get any kind of help from them; and it wasn't just me, another guy was reporting the same incident at the front desk when I told them.

Pretty typical 24 Hr. Lots of equipment, some of it broken, all of it dirty. But you come for the lift, not the lysol. Has everything you need and more, except people at the front desk. Grabbed some protein for after the lift, no one at the desk, a trainer came out of his office made direct eye contact while walking, and he proceeded to keep walking right past. Guess he needed to train someone pretty badly. Expect the equipment to be there, but not much else.

The men’s restroom is disgusting. Most of the toilets and urinals are clogged. They were like that when I stopped by in January and they’re still like that now in May. You can smell urine if you are within 10 yards of the men’s restroom. I don’t think any of the staff cares. Late at night, lots of people just come in without checking in because there’s no one at the desk for long periods of time. Where he/she is? I don’t know but they’re definitely not cleaning.

This place has gone downhill in the last couple of years. It is dirty and filthy. When paper towel dispensers are broken, then don't replace them. When ceiling lights are malfunctioning, they don't replace them. The free weights are not properly placed on the racks. Trash is all over the parking lot. And the bathrooms are disgusting. The clientele is no longer the same. I will not renew my membership.
