24 Hour Fitness

Great 24! Plenty of cardio and strength training equipment even during high occupancy there is room. The air quality is also ok 👍 there is swimming pool area, basketball court, spin room, dance room, training areas, and weight room! I love the set up of this 24 where there is a separate room dedicated for specific areas. One small con may be that the cardio equipment are placed very close proximity to one another and that there can be more fans to circulate the air flow. Temperature wise, it isn’t stuffy so this is honestly great 24!!!The restrooms are fairly clean for 24 standards. The front desk staff is friendly in providing quick greeting.

Can someone at corporate explain the reason why this gym facility is busted down and broken ? The plumbing, electricity, spa areas , bathroom , showers are always broken and smell horrible at times. 24 hours fitness needs to get on top of this asap. “Exceed all expectations “ “experience life” are your quotes please act on it . I also don’t want you to tell me to reach you at your corporate email … I might as well go to orange theory if that’s the only response for people trying to inform you about your facility.

Dirty gym and old machines. Looks like they don’t vacuum or sweep. Go to a different one.1 star for a large gym space but that’s about it.

Just joined back this gym after 2 years.... before management was ok, now it is bad, parking lot looks like a homeless camp with several cars with people living in there, glass shattered everywhere, it's filthy... Showers are nasty, jacuzzi looks like horchata, just POOR MANAGEMENT.... the crowd is GHETTO probably because of the cheap membership.... I like this gym it's really convenient for me but it just not to my level of HYGIENE... gonna have to try other 24hrs fitness around

One of the better 24 hour fitness gyms, and actually open 24 hours (unlike some others). If you sign up for a trial pass though, be advised that they don't accept passes after 11pm (which isn't stated anywhere on their website).

I go to multiple gyms in the Bay Area and this one is by far the messiest of them all. It looks like the cleaning crew hasn’t swept the floor for a week. The cardio and elliptical machines are a mess and dirty.

Very nice. But the bathrooms are he'll of dirty. Looks like they never clean.Please need more attention.Next time I will take some pictures and/or video.

Covid restrictions gone so did cleanliness of a gym .I get it it's a gym but come on . Bathrooms have toilet paper in urinals ,No paper towels but in middle of gym and no janitor or upkeep just moving the heard in and out any time of the day or night. Saunas look as if they have not been sanitized since 2021 .Sad .Long time member but am done with this type of laziness for human health and fitness

The worst customer service ever. I went to try and get a three day pass to try this (San Jose on Crane Court) location. I like to do my workout early in the morning so I decided to set my pass a day before. I spoke to the lady at the front desk Vicky? She was very helpful and friendly (the only reason I am giving them a one star). My first day trying to go into the gym was a nightmare. The person at the front desk (Alberto) did not let me in claiming these 3 day pass we’re not given/valid anymore. He went as far as to acuse me of trying to go around to cheat the system by going in that early (4:30AM) to avoid managers and use they’re facilities for free. Really?? How about “I’m sorry ma’am we don’t honor these passes anymore.” Although, I knew it was valid if not why was Vicky able to set it up? I went back to talk to the manager Adrian; the only thing I got from him was “I’m sorry for your bad experience. I just really hope they take my complain seriously and talk to this guy (Alberto). I would not like anyone else to experience what I did. I would not recommend this gym.

One of my favorite 24 Hour fitness.The staff us friendly and makes an effort to greet and help you check in. Their maintenance is excellent and equipment is usually fixed within a few days.I enjoy the crowd most of all, it feels like people really come here to work out rather and show off or socialize
