I should have listened to the other reviews.Felt like a shell of a 24hr fitness I normally go to. Floors are dirty, stairs masters don't work, glass is stained with hand smudges and sneeze marks, free weights are not re-racked, I walked into the locker room and immediately walked back out. I felt like if I stayed in there, I would have caught a disease. No soap in restroom, no sanitizing towels for equipment, and no running water for the water fountain. This place is a health hazard.

Compared to many 24hr fitness, this is the dirtiest I’ve been.. so many equipments are broken, sanitizing spray, papers are always out, locker room have roaches, smells like urine, shower is full of hair and trash and pressure is all weird. I’ve never seen a staff cleaning anything. They only have one /zero staff “working” (looking down on their phone) at frost desk so ppl can come in out as they please (non member). So many people complained about cleanliness here and their response is to do better but why never happened ??

You get what you pay for I guess. The other comments are correct in saying the bathrooms are dirty, so is the gym equipment. Greasy grips, weights are constantly out of order and in the wrong area. Staff is nice, the place is overrun in general.May update: This gym is absolute trash. Literally, trash and broken greasy dirty machines everywhere. They didn’t even have soap in the bathrooms 1 week. Never any paper towels or sanitizer. This 24 is going out of business its 100% not respectable enough to stay operating. Pay the tiny extra for ANY other gym.

The restrooms and cleanliness at this location are below ZERO. The water pressure and cleanliness of the Whirlpool in the ladies locker room is cloudy dirty and disgusting as well. It never smells or looks clean in there, compared to the location in Sunnyvale. The parking lot is even filled with trash and need some well needed landscaping. It would attract more members if they kept the facility in better condition. It’s embarrassing for travelers who may be coming to visit Silicon Valley for a huge business deal or simply to visit and have to experience this. Other than that… the place is Huge and full of all kinds of fitness equipment.

Most of the treadmills and stair masters do not work and the employees are not willing to fix them. The facility needs some improvement. Although, this gym does not get a busy as others, so you can have a nice workout

This is considered a super sport. The cleanliness and lack of sanitary environment is beyond belief.Several times they have had zero soap anywhere in the sinks or showers. This is coupled with all but 2 purell hand sanitizer stations being completely empty. They said their supplier runs out. How is it that the management can’t buy soap and populate the dispensers when their suppliers are out? How is it that this regularly happens? This means no one is washing their hands after showers or using the bathroom. That means germs abound here. These are unacceptable business practices in times like these.

This gym has been my GoTo gym for the last 10 years or so. It used to be one of the better 24 Hour Fitness gyms in the area. But recently it has gone downhill significantly. It is dirty, the equipment is not well maintained and the locker room is very dirty. Of the 7 showers only 3 have been functional for the 6 weeks. (This is the men's side) At the very least, I am looking for another 24HF and maybe for another fitness chain all together if this is a widespread problem.

I like the variety of machines. Staff is friendly and helpful. However, I give 1 star for being the dirtiest gym I have ever been to. Dirty floors and machines. Limited cleaning/disinfecting supplies. I’m curious to know how often these machines are wiped off. Very disappointed.

One of the worst 24 hours fitness gyms I have been to. The locker rooms are dirty and most of the shower stalls are out of service on a daily basis or have no soap. The equipment in the gym are old and torn down with multiple equipment out of service.

One of the less busy 24 hour locations I've been to. Seems to have less staff and to be dirtier overall, especially the pool and locker rooms. I would recommend during peak hours but off peak hours I'd prefer going to other cleaner locations. Parking spaces are also pretty tight but there are alot of parking spots.
