Gym is overcrowded also the parking lot even at 7 pm,I guess they don't know when to stop giving membership. NOT advisable to work out between Monday and Thursday but is kinda empty to workout during the weekend only. Don't get me wrong is one of the cheapest gym but at what cost not lifthing machines available. Planning to cancel my membership.

This gym is filthy. If maintenance improves, it would be a 4-5 star. They have so much equipment and are open 24 hours.

Update 10/4/23How come 24 hours fitness doesn't hire a full time staff who cleans? The place is a shi*********The filthiest gym in the Bay Area, and that's saying a lot. They lockers are broken and there is no organization—if you go to the locker room after someone else has been in there, it's disgusting.

This place is disgusting. The staff doesn’t care and there for the members don’t care. I watched a guy spit on the floor between sets. The locker rooms are frightening and the sauna smells atrocious.

This is without a doubt the dirtiest of them all! Not to mention the incompetence of the employees! I almost broke my nose on a glass with no signage at reception and when I went to ask the employee for the correct signage he laughed at me! This is definitely my last day at this gym. total lack of respect.

The gym is well equipped but the facility is so disgusting. The pool has built up and is constantly blurry on how dirty it is. The bathrooms there need a city inspection specially for male bathrooms, the gym will probably be shut down.According to my girlfriend, the female bathrooms need someone every day to clean. Every day, in the female bathrooms and lockers there are feminine products and hair everywhere. The cleaning lady is not equipped with enough cleaning products, she works so hard but I think she is only given a few hours in the morning so by the afternoon the gym and bathroom are so disgusting and disease prone.

I wouldn't recommend 24 Hour Fitness Crane Court in San Jose, California to anyone. Their customer service is non-existent, and the state of the gym is appalling. It's shocking that a gym in a third-world country can maintain better cleanliness standards than this place. The lockers have been broken for months, and the staff doesn't even have keys to unlock them. It seems like they couldn't care less about basic maintenance. It's as if they've embraced a "minimum wage" attitude where no one cares about the condition of the gym anymore. They desperately need to hire full-time cleaning staff to tend to the toilets and bathrooms every hour, not just once a day. This is a gym, and it's bound to get dirty with the amount of traffic it receives. The lack of staff to clean and organize things is shocking. My experience in the sauna and the bathroom was so unpleasant that I nearly felt sick. It's a shame that a gym with such potential has let its standards fall to such a low point.

I think they have given up on this gym.Just joined yesterday and discovered the following.1. The sauna does not work2. The gym is exceptionally unhygienic, if you sensitive you might puke.3. Even things that can be fixed within a day are not getting fixed.4. I do not feel safe leaving my stuff in the lockers, so I carry it with me everywhere.

The only person that actually restocks, cleans and says good morning to members is Antoine(I think that’s how it’s spelled). Its always is a pleasure to see him working. As none of other workers here restock, or say Anything to members when they come in or leave. They are usually hiding or on their phones. He definitely deserves a raise for all his work he does around the gym. Management needs to take notice of him, and reward him for a job extremely well done. He’s the best part of this gym, as you know things we be clean , restocked ready for you to use. Always has a great attitude even when it’s 1 in the morning. Seriously, the other worker should take note of his work ethic/ attitude.
