Sep 2 - great effort to clean - lockers, workout space, and front entrance. Shower heads had been replaced and all functioning.Great workAug 12 - Arrived early and the locker room and place was super clean. the effort to clean is there, and it works. SOME of the members do not respect the place and trash it, not intentionally, but they do.Improvement in locker room evident - fixed all lockers, cleaned whirlpool area, removed useless items, and looks/smell better in the morning.Very good place with space To workout, lots of equipment to choose from, clean facility in general, and um, an excellent front desk team and staff. So why 1 stars, the place a filthy..nasty..gross..parking lot is a freaking mess. I feel like it is a homeless shelter place, does not feel safe nor does it look clean. Feels unsafe. The lockers are nasty, showers are worse than a truck stop, sauna is felthy.. 24hr sickness. The effort to clean is their..but the some of the people are just dirty..can't keep it clean. The management is aware..but little is done.Compared to other 24..the bottom of the list. Compared to other gyms, substantially worse than anything else

I went swimming here, I saw 4 guys in thier underwear, ewwww... I think when it's a public place they should wear swim trucks. 🏊‍♀️ not thier underwear they've worn all day …

Wouldn’t recommend coming anywhere near here after work. The place is packed and theft appears rampant. Had items stolen from here and the front desk’s response was “It’s been happening here all day”. If you keeping enjoy your personal items as much as your personal fitness I would suggest you find somewhere else.

Unfortunately, a lot of the other reviews here pointing out the EXTREMELY poor sanitation of this place is true. In short, the bathrooms are absolutely putrid, smell like urine, and honestly despite seeing (one) worker "clean" the restroom occasionally, it really makes me wonder if ANYTHING in this gym is actually cleaned. As a side note, often times in the weight room/cardio room of this business, there is often a lack of paper towels and sanitizing spray, which is quite concerning given the high traffic in this place, which I will address again later. In terms of equipment, don't let the size of the gym fool you. If you only want to do cardio, that's fantastic: there's a lot of machines for that. However, I would say over 50% of the gym's floor space is covered by cardio equipment and not actual weights or machines. Likewise, this is not a problem, UNTIL you consider how many people actually come here. It's one of the few gyms in this area, which explain why despite its problems, there are still so many people here. If you go basically any time that isn't 3 AM, you will have more people than machines in this gym. If you want to go around 7-9 AM, it's genuinely not that bad relative to the horror that you will encounter later in the day. If you want to go around 12PM-12AM, good luck getting any piece of popular equipment like a bench or a squat rack. That's not mentioning the equipment that is often damaged or unusable. There are often broken machines and BROKEN WEIGHTLIFTING PLATFORMS. If you're looking for small plates, you're gonna have to look hard as there are basically no plates smaller than a 10 here unless you scour the entire gym.I would say these wouldn't even be huge problems considering it's a commercial gym. However, when you're paying specialty gym membership rates for something like this, you might as well just pay the extra dollars for an actual gym that seems to have its act together.

Edit: It's been several months since I reviewed, and nothing has changed for the better. To make matters worse my locker was broken into last week, and my wallet and wedding ring were stolen. When I talked to the staff, they said it had been happening all day. I spoke to a police officer after submitting my report he stated this location has robberies nearly if not every day.I have been to several 24 Hour Fitness locations in the past year. This is the worst in terms of cleanliness and amount of equipment that is not working. The employees are always nice and greet you when you come in, but the gym itself is gross. Weights don't get re-racked, there is something going on with the plumbing in the women's restroom because it STINKS always, and its dirty, and half the stalls in the women's restroom are broken. At any given time, there are maybe 3 stair climbers working and several treadmills are always broken too. The rope/cable machine is always broken, never working quite right. There are so many ellipticals and rarely anyone on them, weights are never re-racked and always scattered throughout the gym, and lights are constantly flickering. Parking after 5pm is scarce, honestly the only reason I come to this location is because it close to my office but given that nothing has changed in a year I will probably start going to a different location.

This place is bad. Bathrooms are constantly disgusting. It's always a mess in the gym. No stalls in the men's room available today... Pre-workout caffeine and no stalls is an ISSUE

It’s dirty, and basically a cruising zone, if you don’t know what cruising is ( not with a car or bike) look it up. This place is bad due to me going for a membership but no one was in the front desk so I went in , worked out for an hour and left , no one said anything or checked if I was a member, I even made eye contact with a staff member band nothing.

The facility it self if good except for the showers. Theres supposedly 7 total in the mens locker room but only 3 work and that's partially. Some are missing shower heads, knobs and even doors. They never refill any of the soap dispensers. Just install shower curtains if glass doora are too damn expensive! Why would I contiue to pay your top level membership for such poorly maintained showers. FIX THEM ASAP!
