Worst gym in the area. the equipment's are always broken. and the maintenance is next to none. i would rate then as zero stars.weights are always not returned to their original place. Its a treasure hunt to find the weights. cleaning and vacuuming is never done. but they claim they do it everyday. one can clearly find out with papers left on the green mat.more lies to just let you sign for the costliest membership and their prices are at par with any other high end gym.

I've been going to this one for about 6 months. It was meh when I started, but it is so bad now that I am about to start driving much farther just to go to a different location.* Hot tub area is infested with ants and always gross (the water is basically yellow most of the week, except for the day they clean it).* You are lucky if more than half the showers have shower heads, if they work at all.* They just got rid of the swimsuit dryer.*You have to search the whole gym anytime you need a barbell weight less than 10lbs.* Most of the TVs don't work or are set to random day time tv channels.* Half the paper towel dispensers were taken down, and the other half are almost always empty or there is no cleaning spray* They don't even pretend to try to keep the dumbells and barbell weights organized, so you have to search the whole rack every time you need a weight.

There are not a janitorial crew, the men bathrooms are disgusting. I invited a friend and we paid 25 usd for a day pass and this is what we found. It is insulting and unacceptable with all the people and earnings this club have.

New Fav 24 hour GymJust joined today and got a great deal for 30 days trial for just a buck. Huge compared to AF which I also have a membership for. Tons of free weights and machines for lifters. Guy who signed me up was super friendly and helpful. Liking my new fav gym a lot.

Attempted to cancel my membership for several bc we moved back to east coast. I keep getting charged bc their website has a broken link to “cancel my membership”. Gym itself wasnt bad but the corporation is awful and poorly run. They dont reach out when i attempt to contact them. Its unacceptable and i do not recommend them to anyone

The facility itself is great, but DO NOT USE THEIR PROVIDED LOCKERS. People will steal your stuff even if you have a decently secure lock. If you go here make sure to keep everything on you that you don't want stolen.

This location is a bit worn down. It's my least favorite location of all the super sports. Dated machines with less than ideal motion. Could use a refresh. If I'm on that side of town it's ok for a workout occasionally but don't leave anything in your car. Could use more functional lockers in the main area.

Just had my wallet stolen at this gym this morning. Customer service and the rest of their staff could care less. Manager on duty this morning didn't even bother to speak to me. I had to explain to the guy at the service what do to, who to talk to, and lecture him on how to better handle this situation with bare minimum empathy. Nope, could care less, did not want to lift a finger. I had to demand him to write a theft report on the spot. The gym has no control on theft, yet they can show some basic human empathy when a robbery has occurred rather than ignoring the customer. Being kind to a person is not hard. Now I'm planning to go elsewhere. If managent could care less about me at this moment, then they can do without my membership and fees.

Misleading publicity24 hour fitness offers a 3 day pass to try the gym. I used it at this location and I liked it. So I started my membership. I invited three new clients and they got their gym pass and the person in front desk denied the access (9/12/21 at 4:30 pm) his excuses were not satisfactory mentioning a glitch in their website and not being able to remove this gym from the list of gym that accept gym passes. All of us are brown color people. It is extremely weird that suddenly the policy changed. I can’t cancel my membership as I have it for a year but definitely when it will be over I’ll move to a more inclusive gym.

I had just started working nearby but would advise anybody new not to come to this gym due to bad location, limited facilities and an overall terrible first experience:Inaccessible location along Zanker road which is a really messed up road. They did not accept my 3 Day Guest Pass despite it not being explicitly stated anywhere on their website. Instead I was offered a one day pass at the door. No running water fountains and lack of cleaning stations. Personally, I’m okay with being around nude people but I’m a bit reluctant about placing anything on those locker room benches.Front desk was unable to provide a temporary locker and all their locks were sold out. And despite the large size of the facility, I’m disappointed that there were only four square racks tucked away with no weight clamps provided.I’m trying City Sport next. For about the same price, hopefully I’ll have a better experience.
