Monday and Tuesday night staffs always chatting at the front desk and doing nothing. The music is always so loud after 10pm. Even with noise isolation headphones, You can still hear the loud music.Bad experience.

Showers/bathrooms not the cleanest, but the pool here is way cleaner than the East ridge location. Eastridge pool is always cloudy. I wish they would open 24 hours at Mckee-hence the name🤔🤔 …

I started membership around two mounts agopaying mount to mountand I haven't been two mountsand they charge me $100 for an annual feethat at no time was told me undo I subscribed and when I went to ask them why…“Dennis” the supervisor very upset the only thing he told me was to cancel my subscription. That's a terrible deal. They don't care about club members 😕😕😕

24 hr Fitness off McKee Road at it's new location is a very busy establishment that is always kept clean and has a great crowd of people. The machines are enjoyable for those looking for machines.

I brought new members to this gym (2323 MCKEE rd). My friends (3 of them) were excited to get there after work. Unluckily, the front desk, Johnathan (young man) he is very rude. he said no guess accepted today! what? really? unbelievable, I said. While The free pass said " We're excited to welcome you into the club!" but Johnathan said No. I told Johnathan that I brought customers to this club and he did not wan to grow the business, too bad. Then Let me find other gym. Johnathan challenged me and said " Go ahead!" What a poor customer services!I felt bad for my friends. I lost my face with my friends. They thought I played around with them and wasted of their time!

Feelingly staff, excellent equipment for set of dumbbells faucet of Olympic weights they close at 11 hot sauna steam room spa that pool. Disinfecting sprays very clean and safe everybody is taking preventative measures to keep everybody safe from COVID-19

When I was taking a shower, the thief broke into my locker and stole my wallet, clothes, car keys and mobile phone in men locker room. The picture below is the damaged lock. When I ask front desk to check video camera，they said need to wait for their manager approve and the manager will come here tomorrow. The thief used my credit card to consume crazily. The thief maybe a membership or employee of 24 hrs fitness，I hope everyone can take care of your wallet well. It was the worst experience I've ever had. 24 hours fitness will not be my choice any more. I will cancel membership soon！The continuation of the storyI can say this is a very irresponsible gym，the thief use my credit card buy a membership and charge me monthly，I call front desk to stop the unauthorized charge, after they check internal system can not do anything, only say" you can contact my manager tomorrow" and rudely hung up phone.

Not a safe place to be had car keys locked in locker during 1hour workout. Lock was cut and my car was stolen. Not the first time this has happened at this location according to police. Very overcrowded and at 50 usd per month the pricing is outrageous. Your better off working out at home with push-ups pull-ups using water jugs as dumbless running for cardio etc than risking your health and property at this location. All I have to say is thank God I was not in the locker room as my car keys where getting stolen because the guy would have seen me as a threat and seriously injured me to get my possessions to pawn off to a corrupted mechanic so he can spend 500 usd for drugs. U have been warned this stuff happens in the bad parts of San Jose.

This is one of the most disgusting gyms I ever seen. Every single equipment has dust and hair under it collecting. Don’t even get me started in that bathroom. Idk how they work here and not do anything about this. Just waiting for mold to start growing and then law suits start happening. Wish the CEO can see this, would not be happy at all.

Not only are the bathrooms disgusting, the showers putrid smelling, and the lockers filthy, this gym is also extremely crowded.There are 24 Fitnesses in the area with vastly superior experiences. Please do better.
