Gym is good, but they don’t have music.

I have been unable to go to the gym and have been trying to cancel my membership without a buy out fee for months now. I've called numerous times, and always been told the manager is not available and that I'll get a call back, which has never come. The gym equipment is extremely outdated, people hang out in the bathrooms and the showers and bathrooms stalls are not well maintained. This has been the worst gym experience of all the gyms I've been to.

First day I signed up at this gym, someone broke into my locker and stole my cash and credit cards out of my wallet. My locker was locked. I asked front desk if they had this issue before and they said yes, several times. A heads up or warning from them would have been very helpful as I wouldn’t have stored my personal belongings in a locker. Also, this gym is on the smaller side with not many free weights and benches to accommodate. Expect to stand around waiting.

It’s just good for people who want to do cardio

Dirty, extremely crowded, broken machines, dirty smelly bathroom, cars get broken into in parking lot, staff just sits behind desk on their phones or has long conversations with friends when they should be cleaning, people slamming weights and blasting their music on their phones without earbuds

Felt comfortable and not judged:) Good atmosphere to work out at your own pace:)

I went to a lot of planet fitness, and I think the sanitation here is terrible, the toilet and the bathroom floor are full of sundries, although the lobby looks the same

The gym itself is decent. Compared to other planet fitness does not have many equipments.They have one guy at the front desk who is very nasty and rude and does not help with your questions. Overall 3/5 gym.

This place is a horrible place to exercise horrible vibe, no space, stuffy, shoulder to shoulder machine. Many times l turned around went back home as l entered to see it like a flee market. The day l cancel my membership l was treated like trash by a mexican guy that has the worst looks and attitude to customers service. He was nasty and as l explained the reason for cancellation he stares straight ahead as if l was not even there. As he finished canceling my membership he walks away leaving me there like was shit… I guess just like him😅Well the best person in the front is a guy called Juice. Very nice guy and very kind with customer shout out to him.I am in better place now pay 6 times more to another gym with pleasure because it is nice clean and no crowds….49ers fit is THE BEST!!!

The night shift make sure the gym is always clean they are very helpful and always give guest a warm greeting and smiles . Daville girl with pink and black braids she been working for a while she is the best she’s usually very friendly and helpful always smiling always cleaning she deserves a raise overall the gym is clean bathrooms are always clean but the music stopped for some reason I wish we can have music best time to go is at 2 am no one is in the gym it’s very peaceful and you don’t have to worry about anyone hogging machines or massage chairs
