The Shower at the very right, it’s drainage clogged. Please fix

Every time I go into the restrooms it stinks!! The pipes needs to be flushed!! Never clean!! Dust on the machines and I saw two dead roaches on the floor! And week went by and those dead roaches was still there!!

No-frills gym with sufficient equipment to satisfy most of your fitness needs. Gears are mostly in good order, but some seem to be perennially "temporarily out of order." Patrons behave well for the most part, though people do hog the gear, sitting there typing on their phones a lot. So you need to be mindful if you prefer to rotate (as I do) on a couple of machines to leverage time spent. Cleaning fluids, etc., prominently on display, so the "expectation" is clear. But post COVID, increasingly fewer people still clean the stations. I like the mantras on the walls everywhere about "no judgment," creating a user-friendly environment for more casual fitness enthusiasts vs. the dedicated gym rats. It's 24x7, and wallet-friendly. So rare in the Bay Area!

Manager Kayla helped me out with a billing issue she's amazing. All the employees at this planet fitness location are super helpful. 10/10 reccomtend.

John is usually at the front desk in the mornings during the weekdays. He always has a smile and makes going to the gym easier. Great attitude.

I’ve been to hundreds of planet fitness locations across the country and by far I must say this is the dirtiest place I’ve ever been to. It’s not like they has a busy day no no no… these disgusting things have been in the bathroom for three days straight.

This is the nastiest planet fitness i have ever been to. It’s always so dirty, the bathrooms never have toilet paper and the floors are covered in gunk. They don’t clean their tanning beds, i went in and wiped the floor down my self in the bed and it came up black. The employees are never keeping up on anything even when you ask. I’ve asked for toilet paper before and no one refilled it. Sometimes there’s no cleaner for the machines. They are hardly at the front desk as well.

This is a clean and well maintained gym with very reasonable rates. Patrons are also very aware, they clean the machines after use. The front office staff are friendly and answer your questions. Very happy with my experience here. They recently changed the time to 24 hours open which is awesome for people who work late. I wish the facility is more well lit, I kinda find it dark.

Large gym, very affordable. I had a one day free pass to check f I would like to join. I would.

Honestly not only is this planet fitness 5 min away from my house but also I recently joined Active and Fit and the other planet fitness told me I would have to cancel my membership and sign up again but the planet fitness Saratoga employees are always so help and the manager was able to set up my Active and Fit account without having to cancel my membership! Thank you guys seriously! I appreciate y’all for keeping it real and always willing to help your members!
