We went here for our daughters lessons for quite some time. But they started kicking parents out of the seats DURING lessons so that they could prep for evening parties. No on site management that appear to be concerned and off site managers put no stop to it. They appear too focused on profit and not enough on customer service for folks that have already paid for lessons. Strong recommendation to look elsewhere for lessons.

We highly recommend our son’s swim instructor Mr. Shea Duty to anyone who wants to become proficient in swimming. Our son began his swim lessons last year at level 2, and has now progressed to level 11. I can see my son making progress each lesson, and he really likes his instructor who is very encouraging of his efforts. Mr. Duty makes sure all his moves are correct each time, and he is patient with kids and keeps a positive attitude. Mr. Duty is also very respectful and polite to all the parents who talk to him. Thank you, Mr. Shea Duty, for being an excellent teacher and teaching our son to swim so well.

We love our coach. she is awesome at teaching small kids. She is Ms Nullely. My kid likes her. In our class, most kids are age of 6-30 months. She is really good for small baby. I really recommend her.

We come here for my 4 year old swimming classes. Very happy with the facilities and instructors. They have a small pool where little ones can play before or after class and practice what they've learnt.

Very kid friendly place to learn swimming, plenty of changing/shower rooms and big pools. The coaches wear masks for classes, and the pools are big enough for groups to keep a safe distance.

They are known to be slow in progress and quite expensive. It’s $80 for 20 mins, my kids have been here for a year and still didn’t make much progress. The teachers are not quite focusing on making good progress for kids

The instructors have been so great for my kids’ development. They’re encouraging and so helpful. I have always had great customer service online and in the chat option.

The classes were not very helpful. Their online reservation system is borderline scam. Classes mysteriously disappear. The portal through which you make payments and reserve classes is buggy and confusing - so much so that it almost feels to be deliberately designed that way, so as to obfuscate the recurring disppearance of paid classes. Tried resolving it multiple time with their customer care, and they were clueless too. Overall frutrating experience.

My son went from being afraid of putting his head under water to having his swim instructor count how long he could stay under. Not to mention, my son is not only willing to be in a pool without a life vest but will even swim in the deep end!! Kudos to the instructors!!
