I came in today and the staff was very rude, not professional at all, customer service 0/10. Small petite blonde lady was no help, lady with the semi long dark hair was also no help to me at all, tall dude was also no help at all and always calls his manager for help ( i thought he a man and could reason with other people but these days you don’t really know ) and the manager herself was not the most brightest person you would find in a gym, she was yapping and yapping and yapping about some policy when people clearly break that and i witnessed it happen today and nothing happened to them 🤯🤯. It really goes to show you what kind of training these people go trough and who they really are.overall gym experience 2/10

The woman at the front desk with long black hair was extremely rude and unprofessional

Manager unprofessional with no skills. she accused me and she said i will terminate your membership,after one of her team treated me with inappropriate attitude

I was there yesterday when one of my friends who has membership that allows him to get 2 guests with him ,at the time was scanning his name he was told the guests name r not in the system the front desk insisted and made it awkward, they called the Mgr to come in and checked all was fine, but she followed him up and told him next time he will get his membership terminated because she didn't like his attitude in fact it was there fault and this guy just tried to get in and work out us usuall.Unbelievable rude customer service.

You get what you pay for. Okay gym, just stay mindful of equipment issues. I found a wobbly machine that is on the verge of falling (not attached properly and now has cracks around bolts). Told management about it - two weeks later no changes or ‘do not use’ signs.Further, if you walk around this equipment row (weights area), you will see that none of them is attached properly (similar to the photos shown)

I have been coming here for over a year and it is one of my favorite gyms to workout in in the area, but it does have a few flaws. First of all, a lot of the people that go here are not disciplined enough to walk ten feet to throw away their trash, or even put their equipment away and I always find the staff, which are all really great people, or myself putting the equipment away. Secondly, the majority of the treadmills do need to be updated because they either make a large bang every time you take a step, heart rate monitor does not work, or an error code comes up when you try to elevate it. While the staff cannot control the parking situation or the people that go there, it is a decent place to get a workout in.

Great gym. Lots of space, equipment, parking, and amenities.

I suspect an employee walked out or got fired in the men's dressing room the trash bin was overflowing,trash everywhere...Looked like the Chick File parking lot at lunch time....

Tbh people needed to be disciplined more in this gym. I saw the staff reorganizing the weight in their spots. I saw them do that and after one day. It was chaos the next day. 110lbs dumbbells are between 5 and 10lbs. I mean come one have some respect for the staff please.

this location is my favorite, I love all the front desk workers so much- all really great people. seems like the manager Mike may have some problems, though. yelling at employees out in the open- and while I’m sure it’s tough being in charge, I know a lot of well-trained managers would agree that should not be happening. I would not want to work for him.
