Very clean , nice place to work out

Overall it's a great gym. Especially during the lunch hours. Clean spacious and the staff is great. The only issue I have is the music is so damn loud. I have to turn up my volume on my earbuds because the gym music is so damn loud.

Ghetto not mention the people who work there are very disrespectful. We have clients/employees who had a bad experience there with their accounts. They were paying monthly payments and got charged a large amount that they never ever owed, but listening to the recordings when the manager spoke to the peopl especially one who got to me because she can barely make enough to support their families was bothersome. They hung up on them and told them they never charged a cent. We didn’t believe until we heard the recording they got to the point where they hung up on them and never answered their calls ever again because they blocked them. Unfortunately we had to hear a desperate single mom calling for help. They pretty much told her she was full of nonsense and they saw he account when she went to this gym, told her they needed her card in case she wanted to purchase other things from this gym, yet charged her $329 just because and they think that’s ok. Leaving that poor mom and her children without anything to eat broke my heart. Thank God we were here to help but this has to stop. These places are taking your credit card thinking they can charge them without punishment. We continued to call from her phone because we didn’t believe her and they blocked her for sure. This gave me knots in my stomach because she had 3 month screaming in the background. Wow! For hard working people out there not documented or making minimal, or minors don’t go to these type of places. They’ll take all you’ve got and won’t care if you have to feed babies and that there is injustice. Don’t be dooped like this woman was including 2 other families we have on file. Unfortunately it’s happening. Don’t give them your credit cards people. And don’t sign up at these places who are not very transparent. If you do please read the whole contract. My client never even saw a contract because she saw a deal online! Beware of these places! And do your research!! One more thing don’t give anyone your debit/creed it card and just take your own toiletries!

Staff are great .always greeting and smiling clean environment

Very clean, both womens locker room and equipment. Staff is very nice.

scummy gym tactics, billing me even after i sent a cancellation letter via certified mail. this sort of trifling is prob why they’re able to keep the sticker price so low.

It’s a nice gym, and I’ve been coming on and off and will probably continue to come here because it’s the closest to me. Staff is generally okay, yesterday though, I went in to try to use the hydro massage beds and the guy at the front told me they were broken but offered the message chairs, which was nice and I appreciated. Less than 5 minutes after, as I was waiting outside to use the massage chairs, I see another customer go in to use the hydro massage beds which are supposed to be broken. I thought it was somewhat funny, but I also thought it was annoying. I don’t get the point of that. I used to think that it was a good gym, but now I think they’re just an alright gym.

i would love to give this location a higher rating but there's this one lady that's there all the time and it makes the whole experience really uncomfortable. she hogs up the counter space at the mirror in the locker room and spends a lot of time in the only private changing room as well (i think she was there the whole time i was working out today which was over an hour). i have noticed that it seems she doesn't even go to the gym to workout, she'll use the exercise ball to sit on while she charges her phone for possibly hours at a time. i've been going to this location for YEARS off and on and so has this lady and it seems that she is constantly using resources and materials at the gym that others could/need to be using without any consideration for anyone else. it's just a little bit strange.
