Inviting & friendly front office staff; the instructors are fun, supportive and motivating; the workout is deceptively challenging & I love the way it makes me feel.

Poor customer service. Called ahead to try for the first time, arranged my schedule around the visit, and I show up and they try to charge $28 because I'm a resident of a neighboring city (even though there's no OT in that city). Why didn't they verify that over the phone before wasting my time? No way I'd pay $28 for a single class I don't even know if I like.

I love OTF, Sugar Land; from the helpful, attentive, friendly employees, to the "basic, push, all-out," concept. OTF, Sugar Land is my health and fitness partner. It is the most efficient, effective and challenging fitness program that I have ever experienced. My time is extremely limited. With OTF, I get a complete, high intensity workout within 60 minutes. I have lost weight and gained unimaginable muscle tone by attending three to five classes a week.I appreciate the diversity of the OTF Sugar Land's staff and music selections. Finally!!! I have a fitness program that caters to multiple cultures. I relieve so much stress moving to the awesome music. Every day is different, and every trainer offers something unique.Tuesdays and Fridays' are a little bit different at OTF, Sugar Land. I tend to go "all-out" to schedule Julian's class to avoid working-out. This statement may seem like an oxymoron to some. However, for those whom have experienced the trainer's exciting class, understands what I mean. Funny how time fly's, as does availability in his class, (better described as: "a party with a purpose" of getting to "after-burn").Julian has an uncanny ability to demonstrate, motivate, and help members to seamlessly transition through workout stations. His high energy level, professionalism, and awesome playlist are the reasons why his class stays in demand. His unique motivational mixture of "ole" and new-school rap and R & B hits, are always strategically timed to coincide with every: basic, push, and all-out paced run, walk, ride, and row. Julian's positive and upbeat spirit is contagious. When he's in the zone, look out! So Am I! The trainers' rhythmic flow sets a fun atmosphere that drives high attainment. On average, I earn 30 plus splat points. I burn a minimal of 500 calories, and I melt away countless amounts of stress.Julian's passion for his job is expressed in: every demonstration, every word of encouragement, and every "bust a move beat" he incorporates in his class. It takes a special gift to help turn one of the hardest workouts in the country, into one of the most fun workouts in the country. The diversity of OTF, Sugar Land's: music, members and employees are a strength. It's also partly responsible for the studio's high value. As long as OTF, Sugar Land continues to embrace the unique talents of its employees, and empowers them to authentically grow and develop within the OTF system; the company will avoid the cookie cutter pitfalls of fitness centers and will continue to stand out above the competition. As a busy mother of three, I spend most of my days taking care of others. The 60 minutes I spend at OTF, Sugar Land, has become my happy hour, and the time I care for myself. The pursuit of great health and fitness is a life-long journey. My membership at OTF, Sugar Land isn't just a fitness or weight loss program, but a partnership in that journey. Two Years ago, I became an OTF member because of the weight I thought The Program would help me lose. Today, I remain an OTF member because of the physical and mental endurance, strength and power: Rian, Jay, Josiah, Courage, Wilbert, Sarahn, Thomas, Brenda, Lorie, Elizabeth, Ezra, Laura, Julian, Julian and Julian have helped me gain.Thank you OTF, Sugar Land, for everything you do! It's now my turn to give the "shout-out" of encouragement to all of you… "Keep burning!"Julie E. Collins

The hours are great for working moms, the workouts are always different and I get both cardio and weights in one hour. Laura is a phenomenal trainer and always pushes me when I need it. I've dropped an entire dress size in the first 6 months and I don't even diet.

I just started working out at OTF this month. Each time I walk out of there, I feel like I've had an awesome workout. It's fun and challenging and I'm never bored. The hour flies by. The instructors have been great! The really cheer you on and get to know everyone by name. I love that I can walk in and know I will get a good workout without me having to plan or think about what to do.
