Love the family environment. Everyone is welcoming. Classes are challenging. Great music and great coaches that push you to complete the workout and meet your goals.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. The workout is amazing. The customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. And the worst part is they could have made things better by reaching out with a simple apology. No apology, no one even reached out despite me contacting them. Beware.

I started Orangetheory 2 weeks ago and LOVE it! It’s an exercise regimen that I’m able to do with my daughter who is a minor (15) and I enjoy the full circuit training. I initially thought the idea of posting results would be intimidating, but now love how motivating it is...it keeps me pumped and yearning to keep pushing.

Newbie here at OTF and I love it. I got up at 5AM and worked out because I was actually excited. I haven’t ever been able to do that. Staff, coaches are super friendly and also another thing I like is every workout is different.

Today, I like and enjoy going here but the start was not smooth - the young lady who basically signed me up didn't really explain anything to me as I had to ask her - so what do you do here? She seemed eager to sign me up as a referral for herself and then done like she was about to leave for the day. I received two texts reminding me that my "first" class was on Tuesday at 5 am. I get there and it was to the surprise of the instructor and front desk person. Apparently she should not have signed me up for that particular class as my first class. Luckily, I was there early enough that she walked me through everything and I was able to attend. I will say though that I'm not sure what my numbers mean exactly and the instructor explained things FAST, but I caught on to the machines, etc...Like I said, I do enjoy it today but the initial experience needs to be fixed, upgraded, changed, etc...

I had to change my original review.Best workouts but their customer service sucks. I've been going to OTF since Feb 2019. Loved the workouts and bumped my membership from 8 sessions to premier in just two weeks. This review is mainly about their app and customer service.First time I had an issue where I cancelled the class well before eight hours and it got removed from my booked sessions but I still got charged for it . When I talked to the studio manager (Angie) she said that she couldn't do anything about it and I will have to pay the no show fee as on their end it didn't show that I cancelled the class. I opened a ticket with app support and nothing happened to that.Today on June 11 , I got charged for 4:30 no show and that class never showed in my app. I talked to the front desk and explained to them what happened, but no luck. I was told that Jay, the new manner e will contact me next day. Angie, the previou manager had told me last time when this issue happened to always text the studio when I cancel a class, this way I would know for sure that my class did get cancelled. Today when I didn't see my booked class of 4:30, I texted the studio on the same number at 3:35 and then again at 3:51 but didn't get a response and then at 4:40 I got charged for the no show. Repeatedly there are issues with the app and the studio doesn't listen to the complaints and your as a customer end up paying for the glitches in the app.Totally frustrating.Best workouts though

I love OTF in Cibolo. From the staff, to the studio, to the workout, it’s a great experience! The workout changes everyday and is a great way to build cardio and core strength. As a member who goes almost everyday, I can’t say enough good things about them.

It’s a great mixture between cardio and strength training. I believe I work every muscle in my body. Brenda, the trainer was great, Ebony who was the associate that I met when I entered was friendly, well informed, helpful, and attentive as well. If I had the space in my budget to join that day I would have.

It always changes and focuses on different styles of training, as well as muscle groups. Even being injured, I had multiple ways to modify and still work my other healthy muscle groups.Also- ROSE, is the most amazing coach I've encountered! Her liveliness, her clear way of explaining exercises and her ability to keep an eye on everyone and kindly correct us while keeping the class moving, was impeccable!

I love OT Sugar Land! The coaches, staff and people I work out with are so supportive of my goals. I look forward to all of my classes even on days when I'm feeling tired...I'm always so grateful to be in class these days after feeling the energy of the OT Sugar Land Team! Shout out to Coach Michael - his style of coaching and playlists encourages me to stay focused on giving it my all. 🙂 Also, a shout out to Madison who works the front always so sweet and helpful - thanks girl!
