I have registered for free classes to join. They confirmed it. Then they have called three times to make me cancel it. I didn’t find it this place professional!

I would like to update my review as I have been reached out to and the situation has been rectified. I appreciate the team for reaching out and making things right. I did enjoy my class while I was there and would possibly return, if allowed. It is a great workout for someone who has no idea what they’re doing, or even advanced athletes. The coaches are very friendly and really push you (without being super pushy) to do your best. I appreciate that. I may not continue with a membership long term as it is somewhat out of budget. But if and when I start making more money, I will likely frequent. Thank you again for reaching out. It shows your drive to ensure your customers happiness.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this studio. I have been a member at another studio that was very flexible and understanding, both of which this studio is not! I signed up for the 4 day class membership and unfortunately, only used one day. My month ended and my classes were taken away. I understand that it is not typical to have classes roll over, but if I AM PAYING FOR THE CLASSES, I SHOULD GET TO USE THEM. I called an inquired about possible extension and they said absolutely not. I decided to cancel because of this. I was 1 day late into my billing cycle for cancellation. So they charged me additionally for 2 more months! I feel the conversation was extremely vague and did not provide the full picture of what they were planning on doing. During my call with the manager Ashley, they conversation basically went “well I told you.” “Well I told you.” “Well I told you”. There was zero attempt to see where I was coming from. I will NEVER come back to this studio and I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this studio as well.

I work in Sugar Land (2 miles from this Orange Theory location) and signed up for a free class to try it out. Just a heads up - you have to provide a drivers license with a physical address that is 5-10 miles from this location OR a work ID that shows you are employed by a company that is 5-10 miles from their location. My company is a small, private firm that does not offer company IDs and Orange Theory - Sugar Land will NOT accept a business card (seriously?!). They requested that I show a paystub to show my employment, which you can redact all confidential information. But the fact that I have to jump through all of these hoops just to do a trial class is absolutely ridiculous. They just lost my business + the business of (3) of my colleagues. Just a heads up to everyone else looking to join Orange Theory - Sugar Land.
