Mostly the cardio based workout theme and the coaches - even though you get out what you put in... they are always there to assist and help with body mechanics when needed.

I am an unlimited member since 2017, I been to soo many locations but this is the worst location to go ever. Non professional, Steven was one of the front desk members who was rude and non cooperative.Highly disappointed by this location's service.

Best HIIT workout you can get. Love the amount of times available throughout the day to get your workout in. Glad I joined.

This place will scam you $28 for not showing up to your first “free” scheduled class. I was not able to make it and they did not want to refund the charge even though I did not use their services. Total money hungry place and it was very unfortunate as I had not experienced this with other gyms EVER. The SPENGA Sugarland gym didn’t do this to me at all. They’re not as money hungry as this OTF. This is so disappointing as this was a place I wanted to try out but I’m never going to because I don’t value places just taking your money like this. I recommend not going here due to no one even WARNING me about this charge and it was non refundable.

I have been a member at OTF Sugar Land for a few years and I'm still as pumped to go as I was when I started. The staff is superb and all of the coaches are amazing. If you are looking for a group workout with individual attention and workouts that are always different give OTF a try!

Love working out here! I’m here early in the morning and the studio assistants are bright and friendly! The coaches are so helpful and encouraging. It doesn’t take long to feel like one of the family.

Orange Theory, hands down, has been one of the best experiences I have ever had.It took me almost a year to signup! I was so scared to do any "group workout". Plus, it just seemed like something I wasn't going to be able to accomplish "physically."I watched so many YouTube reviews on Orange Theory and always thought, "oh, I need to already* be in shape to do something like this"... that is NOT TRUE! Everyone and anyone can do these workouts... is it hard? Yes... but can you do it? YESI wish I had signed up sooner, so I am writing this review to tell everyone who is considering it to do it.Being in a group setting is surprisingly an enjoyable and encouraging experience. Everyone is there for the same reason, and there is no comparison or shame I have felt by anyone taking the class alongside me whatsoever. I think in any standard gym setting, people (at least I do) worry about people staring at or judging them... you do not feel that way here, and it does feel like a "we are all in this together" environment.I have always felt so encouraged after every class and genuinely feel like I was able to accomplish something that I never thought I would be able to accomplish.I was always so scared to push myself at the gym while I was working out because I just assumed, "you can't do it, so there is no need to push yourself"... at Orange Theory, the trainers always encourage you to do your best and believe that you can always give "a little more."I didn't know I could run an 8 min mile because I never had to courage to try, but at Orange Theory, I was able to!."I am being pushed outside of my comfort zone on the strength floor, running faster than I ever thought I could on the treadmill, and getting better and better at rowing every time I use the machine. I am learning "how to exercise", so I will be able to take what I know overseas and apply it to my workouts there.I leave Orange Theory every day feeling more confident in what my body can do and learning how to believe in myself and accomplish my goals. The only thing stopping you is you.I am going to miss Orange Theory when I move abroad. But I am so grateful for my time there!I wish I could bring Orange Theory and the staff/trainers with me! They are the best.

OrangeTheory Fitness is a great group fitness experience. You get the benefits of personal training but without the pressure because it is in a group setting. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. They put effort into knowing each of the members and welcoming new ones. The workouts are challenging but doable and with the guidance of the coaches, we continuously set goals for ourselves, crush them and set new ones. The workouts can be difficult but there are always modifications available so that every member, no matter the fitness level, can maximize the benefits from exercise. The templates are preset and the same around the world so you can go to any location and get the same workout without over thinking it.Head Coach Jen is so talented and amazing! Her playlist is awesome and queues up just the right beat at just the right time. She provides consistent coaching through encouragement and motivation to us to help achieve our goals and build confidence in ourselves. Her positive energy is the best way to start the day and be great with it.#practice #progress #perform
