I used to be a member at OTF ALIANA, I hadn’t been to OTF in a while so I thought I’d give it another try at the Sugar Land since it was closer to me.I booked 4/3/23 & canceled the same day because I had a last minute business trip pop up.It was well within the timeframe to cancel without penalty. My appointment was supposed to be for 4/4/23 at 6:15 am.I checked my Amex Platinum account this afternoon and saw that they charged me $28. I called to see why I had been billed, and they said because I didn’t cancel which was an absolute lie. The person that was working in the evening of April 3 did not do their job. This place needs to do a little bit better at training and customer service. The young lady that I spoke to today so that there’s nothing that she could do. Orange Theory is known for this as I have many friends who are or have been members.I would try another location. I will take my business back to the Aliana location.

It was my first time and I loved, loved, loved it! It kicked my butt. I didn't realize, how much until the next day and beyond! I was sore from head to toe. No pain, no gain.

Took a great class with Jessica this afternoon. If you are looking for an effective and fun workout, consider OTF Sugar Land. It’s the best.

Great place, coaches, staff, and community. Every workout is different, making it fun. HR monitor also a plus, as there is an objective sign of the effort you’re putting in.
