I want to speak with the douche that talked to my wife and hung up on her because her account can't seem to be refunded. After half a year of trying due to a broken leg, we were informed that her account was defaulted to Sugarland Texas, and we live in SC. We were told she needs to show up in person, but aside from the fact that she can't walk, I'm NOT driving to Texas. To top it off, their phone is cut off now and doesn't even offer a voicemail option. I WILL persue this and the rude guy that hung up on my wife will hopefully get what is rightfully deserved.

Though open 24hr largest dumbbell is 75lbs. It's hard to believe that's their heaviestStaff was nice and eager to assist

I'm four months into my membership at the Planet Fitness Sugar Creek and I remain highly satisfied with Claudia's training classes. I'm down 17 lbs and I'm amazed at how much stronger I am and how much better I feel. This gym is clean with friendly staff and members and I've made new friends to work out with. Anyways, very nice gym with a large, well-lit parking lot, clean facilities and equipment, excellent trainer-led classes, nice Black Card amenities, and I'm enjoying working out!
