My wife joined the club and used the gym 3 times (1 hr per day) on the third day she was told that she owes Planet Fitness $250 with another location. Upon asking the break down or the reason for the outstanding charges no explanation was provided and they tried to cancel my wife's membership after charging $1.88 + $27.11 on the third visit and also mentioned that there will be no refunds whatsoever! If you care about transparency and clear cut pricing then NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE! This is just ridiculous and I am also going to speak to my lawyer for a resolution if I don't get a proper respond from Planet Fitness to this within 2 days!

Everything is new and amazing. But There’s this one lady who threatened to take my membership away just because my bag was on the floor. I go to other Planet Fitness locations and this is the first time I’m asked almost so rudely to remove my bag on the floor. Mind you this gym is big and there were only 5 of us working out in the entire establishment. I do not appreciate this worker for talking to me as if I’m a child. Everyone else is nice except for this one lady.

The gym is new and clean with lots of equipment for different exercises. Pretty standard pf, they’re all the same. The music in the women’s locker room is too loud and the staff could be more friendly. Aside from that, the experience was pleasant.
