New, clean, not too much crowd...yet. LolOverall,I always have a good time!Update: May 1st 2023. My trainer, Claudia, is amazing!!!!!I've been training with her for about 2 weeks now. She makes training fun and she pushes me.She says "you can handle it"😅😅I love being pushed so im not scared of any challenges.I always look forward to coming to the gym because of her.Thank you PF, for such an amazing trainer.

Now I am just wondering why the Planet Fitenss on El Dorado in Webster, TX equipment is not as updated as the one here? I love the atmosphere, the equipment, particularly the treadmill, and elliptical machines are so nice with fans made onto the machines.

They will give you bogus late charges and don't care to help you. The manager is never available to speak to.

Please continue enforcing your policies uniformly. No bags on gym floor is appreciated. There are large lockers in locker rooms and small lockable cubbies near front desk.How about no jeans allowed.Once the snaps and buttons on jeans start tearing into the cushions, how quick will PF be to replace.It will be interesting to see how gym is maintained over time. It’s brand new and all the equipment works for now. Please maintain.

RUUUNNNN!!!! Rude and unprofessional management/owners and staff members. At first glance it looks nice, but looks can be very deceiving. This location is the reason why I will never return to another Planet Fitness unless I'm desperate. I had such a horrible experience I would not even bring my dog to this location. They don't even check the restroom to make sure its together. The unprofessional staff members basically run the gym and the owners are fine with that.
