Clean showers don't have hot water much. No soaps or hair dryers like others, even other cheap gyms have soaps and dryers but it's fine. Music is WAAAYYYY too loud. You can't even hear your own ear buds. It's way too loud and what they play isn't exactly what most people over 30 and not on drugs would like. They need to turn it way down or off

The gym is clean, and in the few visits of mine thus far, everything works and is order. There are two 1-star reviews that complained about having bags out on the workout area, but aside from there being signs to not have them with you, there are lockers to store them in if you have your own lock. Also, it just makes sense to me lol no need for there to be clutter for everyone else.Other than that, staff was friendly and the gym looks really well maintained and tidy. It's also 24-hours which is a plus for a night owl like myself.

The wellness pod is in the door way instead of facing the other way so when your trying to meditate you can see people walking by. Also none of the lights are deemed in the black card area making it very bright especially on the message chair that rotates towards the ceiling.

Long & detailed review alert !! I have a PF Black Card membership and I am very impressed with this location, so far. Joined about a month ago. Being a brand new location, it is extremely clean, spacious, well maintained, low crowds (for now) and lots of different equipment. No "smells" like other old gyms have.If the owner/corporate office is reading this, I want to give a special shout out to two of your friendly staff members, Favor and Sade, who are usually there in the AM during the weekdays. Always smiling, welcoming and making rounds in the gym to clean the equipment/area and to refill the cleaning supplies. My parents have a seperate membership and they are very considerate and caring towards my parents as well. They really deserve a raise/promotion. I am sure your other staff members are nice and well trained as well, but I really wanted to bring up Favor's and Sade's names in this review.I agree with the other reviewer about bright lights in the massage section and the direction of the wellness pod. However, that doesn't warrant a poor 2-star rating for such a small thing.I have not used the showers/bathrooms/locker rooms. So cannot comment on those.I have two requests :1) Please increase the time limit of massage chairs to 20 minutes. 10 minutes is too less especially when the crowd meter is low.2) Your 50% off drinks for PF Black card members does not include the post workout protein shakes in the fridge. Please include those as well. The discount is just for the bottled water and flavored drinks.Please keep up the good work. This gym is even worth an additional 10% increase in monthly membership fees. Yes, I said that. Yes, it's that good. I hope I don't have to come back and change/edit my review for a poorer rating in the future.

This place was good at first but now it’s so dirty. These two photos of the bathroom were taken 7 days apart and it still has the same filth! They haven’t cleaned their bathrooms! 🤢 in the many times I’ve been here, I have never seen anyone cleaning. Update: it’s been 12 days and they still have not clean the restrooms. …

Nice gym. Lots of basic gym equipment. Great location. Only bad thing it has a weird smell.

The place is clean, organized and the staff are helpful.
