This company spams emails harassing uninterested population in attempts to gain clients. Also the owner is a prick.

***Be careful signing up with THIS crunchI signed up for personal training, Crunch took my payment out twice a month instead of once for four months. I’ve called and spoke to the General Manager Brandon, he stated it was a clear mistake on their end and stated the money would be refunded within the next week. I’ve called back for the passed 3 weeks, he’s taken one phone call.. still no refund.I’ve tried calling to go higher than Brandon and I’ve been told I have to follow the chain of command. When I call I can’t reach Brandon and the front desk tells me I have to “follow chain of command”

If anyone plans to join Crunch fitness, please read the fine print when it comes to canceling. You can only cancel by coming in at certain hours of certain days and speak to a manager. Since joining 5 years ago, I've gotten a M-F 9-5 job that would require me to request off a month in advance in order to come in at the hours they require me to come in. They said this is to verify my identity when I cancel. I called the manager and explained my situation and offered to email them a copy of my ID to prove my identity. I never insulted anyone, never rose my voice, and never cursed. Just explained my situation and we came to, what I thought was an amicable agreement, I thanked him and we hung up. I followed up by writing management an email explaining that this policy was not fair to the majority of people who work 9-5 jobs. I received a scathing email back accusing me of being "intense and disrespectful". I'm sorry, but if a customer voicing a complaint about your policy is "intense and disrespectful" then you probably shouldn't be in customer service.

Clean and a nice assortment of high end equipment. Staff here was welcoming and friendly so I’m not really sure why it got some of the bad reviews.

I came with a 3 day free pass to try out gym and Brandon told me no I couldn’t do that and that I had to pay $10 for a day pass. I paid it and I won’t be back due to false advertising !

This gym is super weird.. I’ve only went once as a guest too a friend who had a membership& haven’t been back since yet they keep calling my phone ( from multiple different numbers ) demanding payments ! I told them I’ve only been once I’ve tried it cancel my membership multiple times online I am unable too. Every time the call demanding payment I tell them to cancel my membership & too stop calling & they still continue. I just tried called the support number .. they pick up don’t say a word & hang up right in your face lmfaooo ! Thought it was a accident at first so I called back 2 more times & they did the cake thing !! Very strange, would not recommend at all unless you actually go to the gym daily or do the membership thing & even though the whole gym has turned me off & I’ve only been there once lol. ( Not an over exaggeration, I’m actually annoyed lol )
