Their contract is the biggest scam. I used the gym for a little under a month and then hurt my ankle and couldn’t go in and cancel. I ended up paying all this money for nothing. A 41 dollar annual fee even though I cancelled before the day they were supposed to charge, plus 26 for the month +19 for the prorated month plus a 15 overdraft fee. They’re sick. I literally used the gym for like 20 days max. Make sure to read their sneaky fine print. Never again I hate planet fitness for robbing me out of my hard earned money. They say it’s $10 or $22 a month depending on which membership but all these fees make it way more.

In general, this location of Planet fitness is good. But after workout I like to take a shower. These men's shower are ugly. Yes , they did renovation recently- put new tiles and that's all. As you can see there is only one curtain for five showers... where is privacy??? There is no bench, no hook for clothes, no shower mat!!!. It's disgusting. Sorry... Only one star

I’ve been a black card member here for a years. This place was pass able in the beginning. Now it’s just sad. Equipment is broken! Weights good luck finding any. Same goes for the mats. I don’t really care that it’s over crowded a lot of the time but at least be clean there are no papers in the dispensers the bottles of disinfectant are literally so cheap they break while you are spraying or are sitting there already broken ready to leak on you. I was okay with continuing my gym membership when they were 24 hours because I can go at 4am and at least have a better chance of finding at least one working piece of equipment. But since the pandemic they are happy to change to very short inconvenient hours. And charge you the same and when I talked to corporate they informed me that that the gyms can go back to 24 hours per their Discretion and I kept getting told this gym and their management please wait be patient the hours will change. It’s been a full year of the same broke down machines that are barely hanging on the same unclean gym without sanitizer throughout the gym the lowest quality spray bottles and the oldest NOT WORKING equipment. I tried to be patient but There is no change. Staff sit there and don’t even refill the fridge you can even get water because the water fountains for refilling are also broken. So I am with reason not a happy member. Canceling asap and my family is following suit. This is shameful excuse for a gym happy to charge all their members fees plus membership but slow to change anything or fix anything or replace anything

I do not know what I would do without Planet Fitness. It is a stone throw from my home. It is clean. Someone is always moping the floors. The staff is very professional and courteous. The lighting is great. Parking is fabulous. I love this place. It is very inexpensive to become a member.All if the machines do work.

Outdated and worn down planet fitness. The equipment is old and weights are missing. There’s is never soap in the men’s bathroom and the hand sanitizers are usually empty. I continue to come here due to its proximity and how empty it gets but I am strongly considering canceling before the July fee.

Today my partner take off her mask for a second and one of the staff came to her yelling to her in from of everyone. I feel bad and uncountable. He came out from no where and told her the he is going to escort out and revoke her membership without a warning.

Staff cleaning regularly and equipment is organized. When I go, people keep their “social distance”. After work (6-7pm) is pretty busy though and social distance can get tricky.

As for starters the gym sanitary conditions are very poor, as per the staff it’s completely clueless on costumer service and making new members feel welcome starting from the manger in the front that acts as if there doing is the members a favor and we aren’t needed very unprofessional and careless and to top all issues off THERES NO WORKING BATHROOMS(health violation for a gym).. they placed 2 disgusting porter potties outside in the parking lot for members… WOULD NOT GO HERE IF IT WAS FREE.. they failed to mention they have no working bathrooms while signing up until your already a member and realized it’s too late try to cancel and they tried to implement a cancellation fee

I came in today, march 8. I didn't have my keytag but is not the first time that i came in with out it. At the front desk was Barbara and another two. One of the guys tryed to help me, but barbara did not allowed him to do it. She forced me to get the app, she did not help to search the información at the computer with my ID. Barbara is so rude pretty bad customer service by BARBARA..

In terms of cleanliness,I would give them a 5. But when it comes to following protocols they themselves have written, not so much. I walked into the gym on Monday with a filter disposable mask that provides 90% filtration with no problems as the manager checked me in. I come in Wednesday with the same mask and I'm not allowed in by the same manager because im wearing a disposable mask and you need to wear a cloth mask. I try to explain to them that I was there on Monday with the same mask and I had no issues and also on thier website, they only mention having a mask but not what kind of mask. The whole scenario is very disheartening and plain ignorant because what if someone who is slightly immuno compromised or works in a high risk environment like the hospital wants to work out and is required to wear a certain mask like the n95 that gives better protection because of thier situations? Are you trying to say you rather them not wear their mask but a cloth mask which provides less protection? I just think they should make the guidelines coherent across the board in terms of what kind of masks both online and in the gym and also how to observe wearing the mask. I say how to wear the mask because online it says you MAY take off the mask while actively working out but have on when moving around but in the gym its a different scenario. Thanks and hope to see these changes addressed soon. I would also like to add that on their website, they mention providing members with disposable masks if a member forgets theirs but yet I cannot work out with my disposable mask. Please get your facts straight.
