I joined in the midst of June and I was very content with my experience at Planet Fitness. All the staff was very friendly and made sure to greet each one of the customers that was walking in and out. They do have air conditioner but its not as strong as I wish it was. The only thing that I wish they have is a special place for us to play jump rope. Ladies bathroom and locker's room is very clean. And oh yes, they even have a chart made of an estimate time of the rush hour. Much appreciated.

I just gotta say ive been to 5 different PF and let me tell you i dont have a single complaint about any. You just feel invited and comfortable every time you walk in. Been to this one on tonelle ave and im pretty happy since i just moved from perth amboy nj to west new york and i used togo to the one in linden. This change is great since im much closer to this one and it works great with my busy schedule since this gym is 24 hrs.

Super Uncomfortable exercising in the weight area by myself, there's always so many dudes there, I can just feel them starring, not very inviting for a girl. Wish the ab room didn't exist and and it was converted so it could just be an empty space with long length mirrors and tons of dumbells. They do have the tiny room that you can work out in but it fits all of 5 people. They could at least have a rack of weights up there instead of me lugging 2 sets of dumbells To and from the tiny room. There's already not enough 10lb-15lb weights anyway.

The only reason why I m giving one star is that because I cannot give 0 . I m a black card member of this gym which is soon to be cancelled . The manager is the rudest person I ve seen and the staff has no idea about what's going on in the gym . Every time you ask them a question they say I don't know so I guess they are there for another reason . It says it is a judge free zone in front desk but I ve never felt so judged in any other place . Especially the manager when you try to ask her something she just ignores you very rude staff but I don't blame them when I see the manager ...

Terrible gym. After supposedly having cancelled my membership they insist I owe them over $200 in monthly dues. The place is basic; the equipment isn't great. You can't even do proper squats or bench presses since all the barbells are attached to the machines. Bad gym and TERRIBLE Management. I'm much happier paying a higher premium with great service at L.A. Fitness.

BEWARE, gym not secure, my phone was stolen there and management were not professional and did not care to help and check security cameras, they claimed that cameras do not cover gym floor which is strange and alarming. Main manager or member relations director Gregory Laughlin did not care to talk to me, or accept to check security cameras, and claimed that their security cameras do not cover the gym floor.. Imagine a gym facility without security cameras, so god forbid if you are sexually assaulted, injured, or stolen, police cannot check the details of the incident or identify any suspect, and that what happened with me..as a basic gym facility I have no negative comments, and the staff I interacted with are friendly, I did not expect the warmest welcome ever as they claim on their welcome email..the assistant manager Shyane was very nice and tried to help me but she needed management approval to check the cameras with the police, and management as I mentioned earlier denied my request, they do not want staff to waste time with customers on things they are not responsible for, as if the gym reputation, and safety is not their responsibility. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

gym is good but not enough space for self-exercise with ball or on mat.there is one room where you can use mats but ab machines and stretching machines are in there as well and it makes small room even smaller.also scale is needed in the locker room.

Not bad for the price and most of the staff is really friendly. However they dont live up to their reputation of no lunks. Saw a muscle bound guy with veins poping out today. Tons of people walking around with jugs of water.Some other bad things about this place is that half of the lockers have broken or missing doors. Sometimes it is really hard to find a locker because of that. Locker room is always dirty and one toilet has been out of swrvice for a month now. There seems to be mo upkeep or maintenance done in this place.

Good gym and not just because its cheap. There are always people picking up the paper towels other ppl leave thrown on the floor and they're constantly cleaning. From what Ive noticed anyway. Only thing I dont like are the way over priced beverages for not being a black card member. Thats plain stupid.

I joined the gym in March of this year and everything has been fine....but now in the summer months the A/C is way too low. You work up a sweat just walking from one machine to another. If you are thinking of joining now...wait until weather is colder.I'll probably have to transfer to another planet fitness with proper A/C or will need to join another gym.
