Showers are a little uncomfortable because they don’t have a towel holder . Towels have to be place on top of the curtain bar and the bar falls or on top of the gym bag on the floor which the bag get all wet. Dressing room need at least one extra bench because there’s not enough space to place the gym bag so you can freely look for your stuff.

THIEVES! Absolute worst franchise of them all. The management team refuses to help when there is an issue and the day manager Natalie should be fired. This place has been stealing money from me for almost 2 years after I canceled my membership. STAY AWAY DON'T SUPPORT PLANET FITNESS It's just not worth it.

Recently joined, and I had a wonderful experience with Elizabeth G. I was so scared to join, feeling anxious, but she was kind, patient and encouraging in a non pushy way. Rest of the staff seems great as well. Looking forward to my new journey there.

I regret my membership at this location (although upon signing up I was told I’d be able to use any Planet Fitness location, only to find out the hard way that I couldn’t). The machines are in need of maintenance, the gym is seriously over crowded and there aren’t enough dumbbells, benches, or even cable machine attachments. I always find myself having to rush and figuring out how to secure equipment which makes the entire experience annoying and stress inducing.

It's been more than 2 months since the gym's air conditioners don't turn on or don't work!!! when you train with so many people it is so hot that it is suffocating and dangerous to do any training, the smells with that climate are terrible and without counting the fact that it is highly dangerous that having temperatures outside of 95•and in a basement location occur the luxury of staying without adequate ventilation causing high heart rate does not heal!!!!!

Horrible place. AC does not work and they do not care at all. Manager knows AC is not working because they have a big fan in the front desk just for them. It is unacceptable the situation in this gym. No AC, and bathrooms always dirty. I can’t cancel because I’m forced for one year and if I cancel I get charged an extra fee. BUT DO NOT COME HERE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BUT AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

Honestly gotta be one of the worst locations including Bayonne and Hoboken. And for the love of God if you're considering working here DONT! The pay is trash and you're required to do everything here. The managers constantly fear monger with write ups meanwhile theyre always late to work themselves. I promise you working at some other retail place would be better considering that they'd pay you more for less work. Fairview and Clifton are nicer, cleaner and less crowded compared to these locations

This is the only PF around me that has no air conditioning. i believe the minimum requirement for a GYM should be the right to AC. after numerous complaints, the front desk doesn’t seem to care as they are sweating themselves. I think it’ll take someone to pass out from the heat for the gym to actually crank up the AC even just a little. Also the dumbbells are never stocked as in other PF’s and everything is always out of place

My preferred gym while in NJ. The staff is friendly, nice and willing to help with any of your training needs or questions.Plenty of different machines for all types of workouts. Well separated and always clean.Great gym to go alone or with a gym buddy as well. Thanks guys.

I wish I could give a no star rating as this GYM is such a disaster. I have joined this place during Covid time and it was nice to workout there but it is not the case anymore and unfortunately. The terrible and worse thing about this place is that there is No Air conditioning system and that makes it more like a big Sauna spot. Adding to that, as soon as you walking in, the smell is terrible and disgusting, makes you wanna leave right away…I personally have been complaining about this critical situation to the team and spoke several times to the manager ( precisely I spoke twice to the young girl manager who seemed to not care as she literally answered ok I will see what I can do). As a black membership, I would definitely cancel my membership and will direct myself to others Gym chain that value their members, take their reviews seriously and do care about place hygiene. Please do not answer me if you are willing to ask me to call the place or speak to the manager herself, instead of that, you should take this Air conditioning situation and Gym Hygiene seriously as you are loosing many members and will be loosing in the near future if no actions are taking in this matter. And as it in said in the business world that there is no business without a satisfied customer
