Been going for 98 days now, I love all the workout options, but the staff at this gym are so very unhelpful sadly. To get all the extra perks of a membership is like pulling teeth. Still haven’t gotten any of mine. And the staff seem to not care whatsoever. If there is a problem with equipment they seem to have no idea what to do. For example one the red light therapy machines has been down for weeks, and when brought to their attention all you get is a blank stare. Come on Crunch I know y’all can do better.

i was nervous to go at first since i’ve never really been a part of a gym, but when i walked in Hope greeted me and gave me a tour of the gym. that was awesome for someone who is a little anxious about the gym. she was super nice and answered all of my questions (and i had a lot of them haha).i also opted into their personal training program and was paired up with Nick. he’s been a game changer for me! not only is he a great personal trainer (motivational and pushes you in the best way) but he’s also overall a really great guy. having a trainer around to fix your form and teach you how to correctly perform exercises without hurting yourself is amazing in its own thing, but having someone to hold you accountable is a game changer too. i HIGHLY recommend doing the personal training, especially with Nick. it is a little pricy but 110% worth it. i feel amazing and have had noticeable improvements in strength and posture.as for the gym itself, it’s clean and has a TON of cardio machines, racks, and machines. i can’t recommend a better gym for beginners. their app also has a meter for how busy it is which is helpful for if you’re nervous like me!

We've been going here since we moved to TX about 3 years ago and love it. It's the best Crunch I've been to and I've worked out almost 10 Crunches across the country. I feel very blessed to have the best one here in Waco! The equipment is great and when something breaks, they fix it pretty quickly. It feels like they add new equipment relatively often which is super nice. We have several squat racks, they added hip thrust machines last year and we just got a GHD machine and some other stuff, too. The staff is friendly and they've been very helpful when we have questions about doing trials of the Peak memberships or when we've had billing issues (only once in 3 years and it was resolved quickly). They recently renovated and it's amazing! It's definitely crowded, especially on Mondays-Wednesdays from about 5-8pm but that makes sense at any gym. We love it here!

Amazing staff and team. The gym is super clean. It’s big enough that although it was busy, it did not feel that way. Some of the equipment needed some tending to for wear and rear, but nothing I would say deterred me from coming back.

Customer service is the worst I’ve had in my life. Charged me despite having not been to Crunch in over a year. I live in a different city, and made it very clear I was canceling and not coming back when I was last there. When I went in to “re”-cancel, the two kids at the desk were overtly rude. Luis(one of the kids at the desk) asked “Did you REALLY come here from Austin for this?” They didn’t try to negotiate a refund or anything. Not even for the personal training sessions I never got. I recommend going, quite literally, anywhere else.

UNACCEPTABLE.Crunch Member for Nearly 2 YearsIn July, I started receiving calls from the billing department (all surely based somewhere like New Delhi, not Americans). They called to inform me my account was past due.Very well “my card was stolen and cancelled, not an issue. I’ll just swing by the local location (north of Dallas) to update that because I’m not giving someone my card info over the phone.”The next day, I was called again by yet another New Delhian with poor English. Same issue.“Yeah, I told the guy yesterday that I’m going to go take care of this in a local location. So please, take me off your list”For a total of 7 days, I continued to receive calls. On the final one, I told them “Fine, I’m cancelling my membership.”“Bree-Ann, you can only do that cancel where you signed up.”So, I made the 5 hour round trip down to Waco. Spent $100 in gas.I told the employee I’d like to cancel my membership and pay any and all remaining fees. I just want to be completely done.I paid the amount I was told was required to completely cancel my account.I confirmed this multiple times with the employee: “I don’t want any more calls or charges, I just want to be done with your company.”She assured me everything was closed and canceled out.Today, I received a call from? You guessed it: The New Delhi Shakedown Artists. After explaining the situation, was told I still owed money, even though this was supposed to be taken care of in JULY!After reading horror stories of this company sending folks to collections over ridiculous charges like this, I finally relented to pay their blackmail money.I’m furious, but am truly just disappointed. I brought in many referrals and proudly wore Crunch gear. I would have continued my membership for years, bringing in more business with me. Now my suggestion is to NEVER do business with these people.. you’ll regret it.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. I enjoy access to the kids club and the ladies there are very sweet. My kids enjoy going so it’s very reassuring that they are in good hands while I enjoy my workout. Highly recommend this gym!

The gym is nice, equipment is almost always working, and if your schedule is flexible then it’s perfect. However, the gym is entirely too busy after 4:30 during the week. Not worth the massive crowd in the evenings to where it’s a struggle to even find a parking spot let alone equipment to use. The gym was renovated and it only made it more crowded. Would only recommend this gym if your schedule is flexible to where you can go earlier in the day.

Best gym, by far, in Waco! I visited all the gyms in Waco and Crunch is the best. It is open spaced, airy, nice window to the outside, you usually can get a bench during peak times, is very clean (not dingy) and also the staff are very friendly. I would rate this gym the top 3 all time gyms that I have been a member of in my life. Hope that it stays like it is. Best gym in Waco hands down!!

I've been going for a quiet a while, off and on. I have loved it. I stopped going for 2years Because of the pandemic. I have started back and I have it missed. Wished I have never stopped. I'm down down 15 pounds and feel great. Love this gym. Can get very busy at times. But people that got there are great.
