I have been going to this gym since the day it opened and have slowly watched it decline. The turn over rate with the staff is terrible almost like you never see the same people. The restrooms smell and up until the last several months they were fine. You never see the GM he is either never there or is closed up in the office and if not there he is sleeping in one of the tanning rooms. The staff that has been here you can tell they are not happy in conversations with them they all feel like they are being treated unfairly, no wonder no one stays. I think corporate should do a better job instead of leaving it all to be handled at GM level because here is where it gets swept under the rug. Plus the GM doesn’t even work out here he uses another gym what does that tell you? Thinking of canceling and going elsewhere.

I still don't understand that their music selection. It's not motivating by any means. They should rotate better playlists. Maybe even do some '90s, '80s or '70s... Music can be a distraction in regards to your lack of motivation when needing to work out when you really don't want to. It can also make you want to stay longer when you're enjoying the environment. In regards to equipment and classes, they have whatever you need. If not, let them know and I guarantee you they will figure it out.

These guys make it impossible to cancel a membership, their voice mail box is full and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE FOR SIMPLE QUESTIONS. If you’re looking for a gym with a better customer service. THIS IS NOT IT!

There was more than enough Machine, benches, and equipment. Place was clean when I went. Also everyone in the gym was friendly. Though I did hear that the place gets really packed on the weekdays.

Clean gym with plenty of modern amenities, wide variety of exercise equipment and several olympic lifting platforms. A little busy at peak times. Had two high quality customer service experiences with both Gabby and Dan, they went the extra mile to solve a billing issue for which I am grateful.

Best gym in the area. I've been going here for about a month and am enjoying it. They have a ton of equipment and lots of HIT training stations. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Lots of perks like massage tables and tanning. Even red light therapy. I have only a couple issues I would like to see addressed. One is the water situation. The one double water fountain always has a line at it and has very low water pressure. If one is being used the other one has no pressure. There needs to be more access to water. Also. The squat rack/power lift stations. Every time I go in the afternoon every station is full of students literally camping out power lifting for very long periods of time. There needs to be a time limit for station use so everyone has a chance to use them. Maybe a 25 minute timer at each station? It is very frustrating. Most working adults only have an hour or so a day to squeeze in a workout and can't afford to be waiting 30 -40 minutes to use a fundamental peice of equipment. Lastly, cable cross stations. There are only 2 of them and they always have a line at them.

I used to give this place a 4-5. Around November they closed half the gym without any notice or heads up. I get it it, it was for renovations, but to go on one day and can no longer do anything because of their crowds, lack of space, and rude trainers, it killed my experience and joy there.I tried several times to cancel my account. It’s still active apparently. I’ve gone in, and there never seems to be a manager there, which I’m told is the only person to cancel my account. Great times.

*ATTENTION* I cancelled my membership back in January of this year, because I moved away. All of a sudden I'm getting billed again, and can't get someone to help me with a refund. I've called several times, but I get no answer, and am unable to leave a message for someone to call me back, because they never clear their voicemail. I do not recommend using this gym. If you are going to cancel your membership... pay attention to your bank account. You are probably getting billed!!

I enjoy going to Crunch. The staff is always friendly and they do a good job of keeping things clean. The Personal Training Manager is very professional and very knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend checking out the personal training they offer. I have had much success in my fitness journey.

I’ve only been a member about two months, but for the most part I enjoy it. Lots of cardio machines and kept clean. Only suggestions I would make to management is to sync up your TVs with the audio. I like to watch while I work out, but the audio doesn’t match the channels and the channel I prefer never has audio.
