Ryan was amazing. My wife and I are not fitness junkies, but know that it’s important to keep in shape and take care of our bodies. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable about the equipment as well as general fitness. He spent a lot of time with us answering all of our questions and made us feel comfortable with absolutely no pressure to make a purchase. It was obvious that he loved his job and that he enjoyed sharing his fitness knowledge. Ryan insisted that we try out the piece of fitness equipment we were interested in so that he could make certain that it would be a perfect fit for both of us. Went there to check out treadmills and Ryan was very knowledgeable about them. He explained the different sizes, extras and power of each one to help us make a decision as to which one to buy. Price was great.

It was pleasant time as we shopped for a stationary bike for my wife. We met by Ryan, the salesman, who greeted us with a smile and asked if he could help with anything. He showed us the models that he had on display and shared the advantages of each. He answered all our questions and did not put any pressure to purchase any specific bike. After about 15 minutes, he left us to try out each model and was available to answer any questions. We had the privacy that we desired to talk with each other and make a decision to purchase the used bike. He shared other options that we considered and picked up the bike the next morning saving us $275.00. We are very happy with our purchase. Ryan was an exceptional salesman! Les
