Great gym, friendly employees, and plenty of machines, so you're unlikely to show up and find that you can't get on what you want. Air circulation needs a bit of work, especially in the heat of summer, but it's not bad enough to stop me from going.

This location has a serious problem with making repairs. Doors are broken for MONTHS before they are fixed. Machines with TVs attached have had broken TVs, or TVs disconnected from the cable for over a year and nothing gets done about it. And the temperature control in the facility is outrageous. The temperature should always be set cooler as people are exercising, sweating, and getting overheated. If the staff is chilly just standing around, then they need to wear long pants and sleeves, or throw on a sweater. Your CUSTOMERS' comfort comes first. That being said, the staff is always friendly and helpful if you have questions. The facility is clean.

Awesome gym great employees fantastic customer service. Get the Black card, the perks are worth an extra $10 a month no contract unlike the planet fitness franchises in Florida. Love the tanning, and hydro massage tables.

This is the most spacious PF I’ve been to! Love all the machine options and everything is always clean. I’m really just hoping one of these days they’ll open back up to 24 hours! I love working out later in the evening.

My old gym is under renovation, so this Planet Fitness has basically become my 2nd home now. I think I may keep the membership even after the renovations are done though, because this gym really is that much better. This gym is never crowded and none of the men ever try and bother me. I never have to wait for any equipment. 10/10!

I have been going to planet fitness for years and I have to say this is one gym that continues to be top notch. It’s always clean, people are nice, gym is easily affordable and there is a good selection of equipment. Specifically Austin bluffes in Colorado spring is wonderful. The guy on the night shift is a hard worker. Literally cleans all night. Thanks so much to him and all staff

First time there the staff was great,very friendly and Ashley got me all set up to start my journey to good health. She was so informative and explained everything completely and didn't rush. Very happy so far!

I have an all access membership. Have had guests with me numerous times. That's one of the salient perks of this chain of gyms.Took a friend to this location and Mr H....m at the desk very rudely wanted him to fill out a form and asked for ID. And actually said " we follow the rules around here".Extremely disappointed. And of course my friend is not signing up. He choose to go to the WAC.
