I just graduated from college and was already let go from my job cause of COVID. So I joined PF for the summer while I job hunt cause it was affordable. Unfortunately, the equipment was not always clean, there were creepy men, and no one wiped down after themselves. So, after 2 weeks I decided to cancel my membership. I was told the annual fee is charged in August, so I figured i would avoid that $50 fee. NOPE. Apparently I missed the cut off by 1 day. When I cancelled, the staff members said I would be charged the annual fee and the fee for July; and when I asked if they could waive the annual fee seeing as I'd only been a member for 2 weeks, they said no and didn't even try to help. Great customer service. So now, I'm paying $70 for 2 weeks of a membership to a bad gym which I went to only twice. Cool. For a business that prides itself on being affordable, they can be really sneaky with their fees.

I have been greeted with a piece of laminated paper every morning I go with a note that states something to the effect of "just scan yourself in staff is currently cleaning." I don't know what the staff are cleaning because I never see anyone and the womens locker rooms are never clean. It would be nice to be able to use my black card options. Thats just when I walk in. Then I get to the machines and most of the TVs on the machines are broken. I end up switching machines a few times before I find one that works. I did enjoy coming here, but lately it's hard to enjoy a workout.

Not much to say, the gym runs. Depending on the day, some staff work harder than others. Trainer is solid. Max and Cody will talk to guests and give unscripted advice which is helpful.

Great facility with a courteous staff. This is one of the best locations I’ve visited. The new manager, Miranda, is a BadAss! She always welcomes with a smile, she’s very energetic, and always productive.

Okay truck parking in back...480s and affinity 700 no Pc :) fully equipped with TV on all cardio, beautiful locker rooms and mirrors throughout with digital scale and immaculate ! Great job at this location!!!

I signed up at the Pewaukee club with my wife and daughter yesterday. Now, we are quite a trio. I am mostly blind and my wife and daughter are as self-conscious and timid as they come. We were met with welcoming and unassuming staff. Then, while walking around feeling somewhat lost, we were saved by Jamal who reassured and encouraged all of us.We went in feeling uncomfortable and left planning when we could come back!Thank you Jamal et al!

Good gym, awesome selection of weight equipment. However I felt like I was being watched a lot. more so by one of the employees. Will have to go when it’s not busy...

Great price, lots of equipment, nice location, clean & never have to wait for a machine. Not sure about the staff - not very friendly, usually engaged more in their personal conversations... Just not very welcoming.

They banned me from all Planet Fitness because I quit. I can't even get a membership. I was a custodian on NOC shift. Every time I work, I'll notice old urine under the toilet seats as if no one cleaned since my last shift. After I quit, I popped up to see who was the other employee that works on my off days. It was a guy that was on probation and said he wanted to keep his Probation Officer off of his back. I found him in the women's locker room playing music with a sign outside of the locker room saying DON'T ENTER MAN CLEANING🙄He definitely wasn't cleaning. He was on social media.

I have to cosign with another reviewer on the racism at Planet Fitness This is my favorite location in the Mke area, but the racism at this location is palpable. I am African American, and there are some members who seem genuinely frightened by people of color. I've had people who would switch workout stations just to steer clear of me. I even had the misfortune of being followed around by staff member. Does the staff undergo any sort of diversity/cultural competence training?
