Pretty sure the new overnight guy constantly sleeps in the storage room. From 3am-7am, it is impossible to find a staff member if you need something. I had to call and have the phone ring about 13 times before he came out of hiding.Additionally, the men's locker room/showers in need to be disinfected. It even says "CLEAN ME" on one of the bathroom stall walls, lol.

Pretty clean compared to other PF's and it's rare I have to wait for elliptical or arc trainer. More parking spots would be nice. Sometimes hard to find a spot around 4 - 5pm. Staff is friendly, acknowledge you as you enter and leave.

I come in generally between 1 and 4 o'clock in the morning and there is rarely anyone available to check me and for tanning. I am on a very tight schedule and allow 30 minutes for a 12 minute training session, often I have had to leave before ever even getting in a tanning bed because I could not find an attendant. Due to a skin condition these tanning sessions are very important for me And I need to be in here at least 3 days out of the week. I am paying $22 a month so that I can have access to the tanning beds any time I want day or night but what good does it do me to have access to beds that there's no one there to operate. On a number of occasion's I have come in and found the attendant sleeping in a closet or in one of the massage beds or out in his car smoking pot. I'm not sure why people that smoke pot don't understand that it has a very distinct aroma. When I tried to contact customer support all I kept getting was one menu after another press 1 for this press 3 for that we're sending you back to 1 good lock. I honestly do not know if I am going to stay with planet fitness or not, I joined on the recommendation of a client and frankly I have not been satisfied with my service here

Talked to one of the employees one evening I was there, and was told that they pay for 5 star reviews on google and other review platforms. I can see why they need to do it, this place is just wretched. The people that work and manage this place, are mean, dumb, and lazy. Ive never seen them clean anything ever out of all the times I came here. I canceled my membership after 4 months. Biggest waste of money on the PLANET! (pun intended)

Nice gym great location but this place is going downhill.Great staff and the equipment is decent.It’s getting dirtier and more ghetto daily and the weekends. Are full of asstardery with inner city spilling into this once nice gym.I don’t care who or where your from clean the equipment after use and don’t be a slob with your garbage.If you wanna instagram and use the Wifi while people wait for your pencil neck your a douche!

I'm a new member here but very experienced in gym facilities. I'm enjoying the very thorough variety of equipment at my disposal and the helpful & courteous staff that greet me upon arrival each visit. I am using an eliptical machine and some light leg weights for now. After each workout I have a massage chair session but have yet to try hydro-massage or the infra-red light body wellness booth; I'll try those soon. Come do whatever workout fits your style and feel confident you'll have all the support you need to reach your fitness goals.

I have been coming here for an entire year and have dropped 40lbs since starting with them. Their staff is wonderful and most people attending this gym are very kind. I would ask that they be a bit better at replenishing the paper towels and cleaning spray at the trash stations. Otherwise, great place to work out

Would have given 5 stars but recently switched to mornings and staff is non-existent at that time. I'm not entirely sure how they prevent people from just walking in without a membership. It's especially surprising considering there are a decent amount of people in at that time. So if you go early in the mornings, I would personally recommend switching to non-black card membership, since there is no staff there to assist with black-card perks. Other than this, location has all the equipment you would expect. Can't speak for cleanliness of bathrooms/changing rooms as I don't use them personally.

This is hands down the best planet fitness location. Friendly staff and personable members. I've made more than one friend here, and that's a nice thing. It is always clean and well maintained, and the equipment is in excellent condition. The staff always makes sure weights are out away where they belong, which is unheard of in some other gyms.

Three stars because I really like the gym, location, price and cleanliness. I used to be a personal trainer and conducted marketing and consulting for fitness centers in several states. I have tried everyday to go in with an open mind/heart but the staff disappoints me almost everytime I go in there. IDK, maybe it's a generation gap, thing. Their attitude is always just.... meh. Like I'm "MAKING" them work. Like I said, "Disappointing!"
