Really enjoyed my zumba class with Susie on Saturday morning. But as a guest just using the 3 day pass for a trial, the customer service was unimpressive. I was asked to sign the usual waiver. I did inform I was using a 3 day pass and what class I was going to. I was pretty much ignored thereafter and had to ask where the class or locker rooms even were. After signing the waiver I was just left standing there. Just seemed a little odd and uncaring for a new customer. It was just my experience with one particular worker. Perhaps others have had more excellent service.

Great gym with new equipment and a decently organized set up! New Year volume is slightly too much for the space however that should pass soon. There is a basketball court (full size) but there is only one so expect to wait for the next game or to be putting shots up between full court sets. Overall a clean and friendly place!

I really enjoy this gym and I go out of my way to go here and I would love to stay here but there are a few issues that I have about it that I feel should be fixed.1. The floors in the locker room are not ideal to walk on after coming out of the pool even when I wear crocs or sandals I still have slipped. Maybe they should have flooring with more grip on it or add something grippy in the main walk ways towards the pool and by the showers so people don't slip. I have fallen 4 times now with and without foot wear this is very unsafe.2. The cleanliness of the locker room is disgusting I used to go frequently and it look like they clean the locker rooms 1 day a week. And the lockers all look disgusting on the inside of them and have not been cleaned since the opening of the facility. I used to work as a supervisor for a gym and ensured that locker rooms were deep cleaned every night by our maintenance and cleaning staff. I feel this should be done here too.3. The rule to shower before using the spa and pool is not enforced at all causing the sauna and steam room to be very disgusting. Maybe you could add a staff member to watch the pool and spa more closely. People who don't even have the proper membership to use it are using this area and being dishonest. Maybe you need a scanner at the door to scan your membership to get into this area for those who are paying extra and respecting this area.Other than the problem of the cleanliness I really enjoy this gym and all the options they have. I really hope this problem gets fixed or I will be looking for a different gym for my fiance and I to go to.Update comment below obviously has lied. It has been over a week and nobody has contacted me at all.

Vasa is a great gym to become a member at! They have all the equipment that you would need for everything exercise. This gym has great amenities too. Whether it be a hit workouts or group fitness classes. The one thing that’s kinda taking over as how many members are in the gym at once. The gym can become very overcrowded very fast and you won’t be able to use the equipment that you need to use to get your workout done. A lot of the clients end up sitting on their phone on the machine for a long period of time without even using it. But other than that it has been great being a member at this gym! Can’t wait until it dies back down and becomes less packed.

I like the gym it is nice. There are things I am concerned about. There are no clocks. I’ve asked the manager about this. He told me that he would check into it and then one day he told me that it was not company policy to have clocks. I am a paying member. I’m going on 61 years old and I don’t carry my cell phone. In the pool area the main area the gym could also use a clock. Other people have said the same thing. There could be a clock in the locker room as well. I’m not going to risk damaging my cell phone by bringing it into the pool area. Also, the other concern I have you only play one type of music let’s have some diversity other gyms, I have belong to play different type of music, not the same thing over and over and over again. I like the gym but these are things that really need. To be improved on.

I’m giving this gym three stars because it’s a really nice gym nice, open, and new equipment. You get a wide variety of workout equipment to choose from. Nice pool and steam room and Sauna. You got a lot of amenities for a nice price. The locker room could be nicer if it was kept up with. I see a lot of people walking into the steam room with shoes which is absolutely disgusting. The floor of the steam room turns a certain color cause of the shoes worn in there, and I’m talking gym shoes. It is also obvious that people who don’t pay the fee for the pool are using the pool. I agree with the other reviewer that there should be a lock pad in the locker rooms. The showers are also not too clean, it seems like they are not kept up with because I be seeing dirt on the floor. I started coming here about a month ago. Otherwise it is a nice gym and I really enjoy coming here, but I just wish the locker rooms and shower were cleaner at least.

I joined within the first month of them opening. Since then, I feel like it’s gone downhill. Like many other reviewers have mentioned, it’s a lot of wannabe fitness influencers who half the time don’t know what they’re doing. The pool can be looked into from the gym which is kind of uncomfortable. And the steam room is always in gross condition. I will say that the amenities are very nice however. The free weight room in the back is really nice. I like that they give us the option to use the studio when there aren’t any classes. And the classes themselves are a lot of fun with great instructors. The little area of turf is also a great added benefit. I wish that they had locks for the day lockers or at least a key rack. But you’re getting more than what you’re paying for if I’m being honest.

I'm very impressed with VASA fitness. The facility is not only huge, but clean and the equipment is top notch. The people there are polite and I also love the hydro beds!

Great gym and cheap! That is why biggest problem is how crowded it is. I get there after work at 3pm, I cant even imagine how bad it is at 5,6,7 pm. Spend more time waiting in line for equipment than working out. They need to extend the hours

So far, I have had great experiences. I haven't set up my tour yet because my daughter has been a member since opening. She became my guide. The locker room was very clean. Everyone is polite when I go.
