Members appreciate the affordability and the excellent customer service provided by the staff. The gym also offers a robust schedule of classes and personalized training options.

However, the gym experiences significant overcrowding, especially during peak hours from 4 PM to 8 PM, making it challenging for members to find available equipment. The gym should consider adding more equipment and possibly expanding to meet the high demand.

Tried the 3 day pass to check it out. The staff ignores you pretty much. The guy checked me in and told me to have a nice work out. I then pointed out it was my first time in and I didn't know where I was going. He didn't offer a tour, but he decided that pointing me in the right direction was good enough. It's nice that it's low pressure, but maybe too low pressure. I did really enjoy my Zumba class. I don't understand how the place is so busy when the staff is so apathetic on making membership sales.

Customer service here is trash. We signed up for the 3 day trial and the girl at the front desk was not helpful at all. Just sat there looking dumb. No one offered us a tour of the gym. The steam room and sauna are too small in comparison to the total size of the gym. So glad that we did the trial. Definitely will not sign up for a membership.

Solid Jim. Has all the fancy amenities and accessories one expects with a new facility. Comes chock full of machines and more free weights than PF. Spacious and clean.UPDATE: 4 months of membership and the gym continues to serve me well. You may see some complain about Gen Z and their tripods, but don’t let this sight discourage you from coming. The bulk of people, regardless of age, just want to get their workout in. Rarely do I see any tripods, and when I do, I see maybe two at most. This group is a minority and VASA has begun to discourage such behavior. Source: am Gen Z, doesn’t own tripod

From the moment you walk in, you absolutely get a different vibe and energy from the gym. Aside from the fact that the gym is massive, it makes you feel like you can move around freely during your work outs, as well as being able to view different sections openly. The staff is wonderful, and being a bilingual it was very comforting that we got attended by a Spanish speaking staff member, who was also so very nice giving us a tour and asking us questions. Overall, it is a great gym, it smells and feels new too, and has a great vibe from all the gym members.

I was hesitant to join Vasa based on mixed reviews. I love it and am happy I joined. Clean gym, nice equipment and space. My only complaint would be that is always so busy but that speaks on the facility, could probably double the size of the gym and it would still be busy. Much better than other local gyms such as the Y & planet fitness / experience.

LOVE this gym. Love that it’s affordable for myself and my kids. My kiddo made an awesome project in KidCare yesterday and he was so proud to show me. He loves going. Also, I love the equipment this gym offers. Lots of new things to try out. Only downside is I wish they had more classes in the morning as I can’t get to the gym until 9:30/10am as I drop my oldest off at school.Overall I’m loving this place

Decent size gym and newer weights and designated areas for focused lifts. Only reason this gym gets 1 star from me is the false promises and rudeness from staff basic and in higher positions. (Dan - GM & Noah - front desk)The gym floor is terrible. It consistently gets moist from the humidity which equals playing basketball on an ice rink. For three months that I was paying full price. I even hyperextended my knee by myself slipping on the floor. Did I get compensated for my medical bills? No. Did I get a free month or even a day at the gym? No. Slippery humid floor ( = Injuries) I was paying the premium membership for four months which included access to the pool etc. The pool and other Amenities promised in the package were never opened. I wonder if I can get my money back for false advertisement. Since then I switch my membership to the basic almost canceled it, but the equipment is the only reason I’ll stay/try again. Well that’s it because I tried again today and I couldn’t get in because my membership was “basic“ mind you I just changed it a week ago and now I’m getting kicked out because I have a basic membership and I can’t be in the gym when I paid for three months and only got access to a third of what I was paying for. Do not sign up for this gym the staff is rude the equipment is nice but the quality of people is the reason I won’t be returning. Back to my old gym I go until I find a new one.

Solid gym with new equipment. Crowd is much to be desired at certain times. Imo, best times are after 7pm. If you're new to the gym and more self conscious, I'd recommend somewhere else. Only reason I'd give it 3 stars is their cancellation policy and annual fee ($65). If you sign up for the basic plan and don't like the gym for whatever reason and want to cancel, they still charge you for six months equivalency (~$60 cancellation fee).

The gym is always kept clean, the staff is friendly and it’s such a high quality gym! There is always staff walking throughout the gym to make sure that the gym is kept clean! The staff is always ready to answer any questions and help you with anything! If there is ever an issue (out of wipes to clean the equipment, spilled water, etc) the staff is always on top of getting everything cleaned up and taken care of! I would highly recommend this gym to anyone!
