Complete and utter disaster. Never will step foot in another Vasa Fitness again. This place is literally dog water. Please read everything before you sign up. They will screw you over in any way they can!

Looks nice and clean. Very spacious however found it uncomfortable and unnecessary to have sexist signs and displays in a space were it’s already intimidating for a regular person.

I love the gym, every time i go there I always get my workout done, I jus don’t like the dumb ppl comes there, always staring at me like I’m “Arnold Schwarzenegger” smh .. soon I will be canceling my membership because I’m sick of people there..

I love the facility and staff. However it took six weeks to get my card set up and today the guy who was supposed to personal training was a no show at the given time.

I loved going to this gym when it first opened up last year. The equipment and machines are awesome here! But I canceled my membership because it was way too crowded to the point where I had to change my workout routine or wait on machines and get nothing productive done. It saddened me because I really love this gym. I think to fix the problem there should be another location opened up somewhere in the Milwaukee area.

Place is super crowded all the time and is a small step up from planet fitness. Very nice equipment though and sauna/steam room.

State of the art equipment, extremely diverse, exercise, options, like classes, weight training, cardio, and swimming. But my favorite activity is enjoying the massage bed after I finish my workout.

The staff is fantastic, they are very helpful and always pleasant when answering your questions. The gym is always nice and clean equipment always working and in top shape. Love the variety of options.

Went about 9 months ago and it was decent but already starting to get crowded. Haven’t set foot in it since everyone decided to make it their gym. I tried to cancel my account but they charge you a fee and an additional months payment. And somehow my account was put on hold. Well the three month hold went up and I never realized I’ve been getting charged since December. Called their billing company and they basically said we can cancel today and just waive the cancellation fee. No refund nothing! Haven’t gone since I attempted to canceled. What a bunch of bullcrap. I just want my money back and take it where there no extra fees and people that actually value your membership.(Update) even though I never stepped foot in the gym since august. Because I didn’t cancel it even though I thought I did I will not be getting a refund of over $100. Don’t go here unless you want to pay a cancellation fee before the 6 months of being a member. No empathy what so ever for broke college students!!
